Bhajji has done it all for the Mumbai Indians club team as he already declared to make it well before the tournament starts having been defeated mercilessly in England.
I had seen few overs when cris gayle was batting and RCB was in good position but when i saw the way gayle was batting i understood that the match is fixed and MI is going to win and immediately switched off my tv and went to bed and what happened is same what i presumed.
Bhajji, you should attribute the win to have Sachin not Playing! He;s your best bet to lose games as poor Dhoni had it in the Tests in England! He is a great player, I admit, however as Kapil said how many matches you won when sachin scored, poor soul, bad luck for the team but laurels for himself all the time

Right, but then extending the same logic to the recently concluded ODI series in England, since Sachin did not play in there ... should the result have not been 4 - 0? Yes, I know it was 4 - 0 but I mean in India's favour?

I am not a Sachin fan. But I am surprised that the success of 1 player is being seen as a panauti when the rest 10 fail, be it Dhoni or Sachin or Dravid. And we saw how well "poor" Dhoni managed the team in ODIs & T20 in England. "Poor" Dhoni has run out of luck.
RCB reached IPL final purely on the efforts of Chris Gayle & they succumbed when he flopped in the final against CSK.
Again they came to CL final purely on the batting of Gayle, Kohli & Dilshan. MI perfectly targetted these 3 batsmen, once they are gone match was up for the grab for MI.
Titles are never won on individual efforts, RCB should have learnt it hard way this year.

The writing is on the wall, Harbhajan will make a great captain. If Sachin is wise enough , he should permanently quit Mumbai Indians captaincy in favour of Harbhajan.

Mahesh, no point in using fowl words and deleting our messages. Fact remains same. U showed ur culture with ur swear words :)
RCB lost poorly to Warriors & KKR during league stage. It was Gayle, Dilshan & Kohli which brought them to the finals with their individual efforts. While MI lost only one match during their road to the finals. MI just had to bag these 3 key wickets of RCB to win the match. MI are deserving winners where every player performed well in the tournament.
But RCB played well to chase 200 targets of two Aussie teams prior to final.
