This is a ridiculous article comparing CSK to Man United. CSK are nothing compared to Man United. The author cleverly mentions that we like to compare and so could bring in a comparison. But the analogy he brings to the various cases are so ridiculous we must first reprimand rediff for allowing an article to be published. As a United fan this one article makes me hate CSK even more (I already hate them to the core as I consider them local rivals of my team DC)

don't get jealous of what CSK has acheived over the last 4 years...
CSK proved that there is a place in modern sport for playing fair and square. The fact that they have won IPL twice alongwith Fairplay award is enough justification for playing within the spirit of the game.
Aggressiveness need not be equated with being abusive. This particular aspect needs to be highlighted well by the media becuase we see even small children playing on the streets aping the undesired behavior of international cricketers.

Back to back qualifier 2 & final was planned to favour CSK. CSK lost 5 out of 7 matches played outside chennai. 2010 IPL also they make to S/F with min no. of wins. I don't hate CSK but hate politician dhoni who gets undue credit for nothing. This series also big failure with bat.

There are 1000s of clubs that finished 4, then 10 and then 100 in history of football. Why not compare with them all? You are talking about a league which is played for 1month and with 8/10 teams competing. EPL has 20 teams and 100s more fighting to get a place in premier league. IPL is not even a competition, it is more about some bollywood kind of glamour thrown in with some cricket. Please dont make yourself a f00l by comparing IPL to EPL. There is miles to go before you make any sort of comparision. Chennai is a good team, dont make them look silly by comparing to greatest teams of all times with histories and traditions you can never imagine.

Atleast chennai players has lungis. But in IPL 4 after vijaya malya remove kannada player, except the big Gayel, every player was seen nakid. But in final matches Gayel also get nakid.

I already say my number is 267. All comes fast, we Bengalurus is very lucky to have good hospital like Nimhaans. We needs it very badly because RCB not won IPL anytimes because no kannada player in teams. And our hate city chennai win everytime.

Guys, I guess we should be compassioante about 2 people here. R Ashwin got hit by a ball on his head during the match and surely he needs time to recover. In the meantime he may make some stupid statement like above which is understandable. Bikash Mohapatra , do not have the knowledge to write a meaningful article for rediff. and rediff itself doesnt have anything to write after the closure of this nouthanki tournament. So we hope all the 3 will 'recoever' and at least dont make fools of themseleves.
