The player who is playing in IPL with help of Banned drugs is cheater.
In indian team cheaters must not allowed.
so he must be banned from international cricket.

All Indian cricketers consume banned drugs. Thats why they and BCCI oppose WADA.

IPL should be banned. Indian cricket is suffering a lot because of this entertainment spectacle. India had a tremendous chance of winning T20 WC, and champions trophy in the last two years but lost due to fatigue and physical injuries etc... as they were immediately after IPL.
India won the WC this year only beacuse IPL was AFTER the WC and not before.

ALL THE IPL PLAYERS ARE MADE HOOKERS BY OUR GREAT BCCI. OUR HONORABLE STAR PLAYERS LIKE MSD, 10DULKAR, & COMPANY SEEMS THEY NEED REST. REST FOR WHAT? REST FORM PLAYING INTERNATIONAL CRICKET SO AS TO REMAIN FIT FOR T20 & GULLY CRICKET. IT SEEMS IAM WASTING MY TIME COMMENTING ON SUCH MATTERS.

BCCI has to plan to divide the 3 National teams with 16 member squad for each.So that every player will get a chance and enough rest.
Team-1 plays with top 5 nations 1.Australia, 2.SouthAfrica, 3.Srilanka, 4.England, 5.Pakistan.
Team-2 plays with next top 5 nations 6.Newzeland, 7.WestIndies, 8.Bangladesh, 9.Irland, 10.Zimbambwe.
Team-3 plays with next 5 nations 11.Netherlands, 12.Kenya, 13.Canada, 14.UAE, 15.Afganistan
The Squads are as below,
