Hope all remember IPL 2010 final, Sachin played the final with a major injury at hand for MI. This is the one set wrong precedence to all. No one ever complained this but now everyone complaints ?? why is Sachin is God ??
IPL is main rout cost to divide India in to several peaces in future, so please stop this nonsense game, which is spreading hate among our nation people on the basis of states.

Waht do you mean??? if not india is well united or what? the only place that we are uited is corruption and bribery. do not type some textbook sentence like unity in diversity. its all bull shit, we indians fight for everything within ourselves. sena's thrash poor UP people, clash between kannadigas and tamils over kaveri water, fight over sharing water between states. just because theres a circket match between two states it would not induce fight between two states. stop ehining about this, maybe your city does not have a IPl team tahts why u are not much amazed about this. This League has taken indian cricket to places, every international cricketer wants to be part fo IPL, domstic players get exposed to international cricket, it has breathed fresh life into Cricket, what else would you want??? stop ODI's if you want, thats the boring form of cricket.

Good that there are many people now starting to hate this useless IPL.

We should stop watching IPL from now on , so that its TV rating will go down, and BCCI will come alive. Otherwise Indian cricket will be dead forever. Sehwag missed 2 consecutive T2O WC only because of injury in IPL and India paid the price by playing a useless opener in Murali Vijay.

THEY SHOULD HAVE 2 REDUCE THE NO. OF GAMES IN IPL BY PLAYING JUST 1 MATHCH WITH EACH OTHER. THEN THE HALF OF THE MATCHES SOULD BE REDUCED BY THAT & WILL HAVE LESS CHANCES OF THE INJURY TO THE PLAYERS FROM IPL, OTHERWISE IPL HAVE TO BANNED PERMANENTLY BCOZ THEY ARE KILLING THE INTERNATIONAL MATCHES OF INDIA BY GIVING REST TO THE PLAYERS FROM THE INTERNATIONAL MATCHES. SOMEBODY HAVE 2 ASK THEM THAT IF THEY R NOT GETTING TIRED BY PLAYING 16-17 MATCHES IN AROUND 45 DAYS THEN HOW THEY CAN BE TIRED BY PLAYING JUST 4-5 MATCHES OF 50-50 OR ANY OTHER MATCHES IN AROUND 30 DAYS.

India has had Ranji trophy for the last 55 years ,where teams have played each other on the basis of states . It hasn't caused any further divisions than those which already exist . IPL is a lot more hyped , a lot less sensible and it gives a few wrong priorities to our younger players ; but it doesn't divide as badly as you believe .
First it was Viru, now its ridiculous that a key player like Gambhir should risk his shoulder and play on in the IPL for almost 2 months instead of getting treated and recuperating for International assignments for the nation. Just goes to prove that money rules over everything!!! Such players should be reprimanded and suspended for 1-2 series. Only then they will learn!!!
Re: Ridiculous Goings on!!!
by nice guy on May 26, 2011 11:14 AM
Not just for 1-2 series..they should be banned for life, so that they can hapily play in the useless IPL.

U R RIGHT. IPL IS KILLING OUR INTERNATIONAL CRICKET. THAT'S Y V R NOT THE No. 1 CRICKET TEAM IN THE WORLD.
This is yet another example how cricketers enjoy the best of both worlds. First Malinga opted to play for IPL without retiring from Test Cricket but when confronted by the board retired from the other internatioanl forms of cricket citing injury. One can understand if Malinga had retired from Test and ODI and then played in IPL. He announced his retirement only when confronted by the Lankan board.
Then is the case of Shewag who continued to play in IPL and now is out of the West Indies Tour. Now is the case of Gambhir. These injuries were picked up in the world cup which ended nearly 2 months ago enough time for these two players to recover in time for the Windies tour! But why bother when they have more money and laurels at stake in IPL.
Re: Gambhir's injury
by sakar panch on May 26, 2011 11:30 AM
To hell with inter-country tours!
What big deal in playing such series? National pride does not go up with all these bilateral series. The only place where nation is important is in World cups.
Re: Re: Gambhir's injury
by nice guy on May 26, 2011 11:34 AM
Where does National pride come into picture? Do you mean players should only play in world cups? Bilateral series brings the real cricketing talent and we can see some good cricket. IPL and this nachgana cricket brings u only fake injuries and b*ches.
ICC should provide FTP for IPL and CL. That is the best solution for all problems. We can't say IPL as domestic event while half of the players are foreigners. It's competitive tournament which players play with full intensity. It's providing talent to all the international teams.
Re: ICC........
by nice guy on May 26, 2011 11:05 AM
What good it has done to our cricket? Who cares if some player of another country dominate here? How many youngsters are selected for national side in these 4 years? People like you who support this kind of cricket should realize that it has done more damage than good to our own cricket. If money is important, why cant BCCI encourage Ranji by giving more money to local players? Please dont encourage this kind of cricket.
Please stop this IPL nonsense. Concentrate on how to improve Ranji cricket. This useless bollywood nachgana cricket should end now. We dont want to see malya kissing a b*ch and some bollywood b*ch dancing half naked. Just scrap this.
Re: VIRAT KOHLI SHOULD BE CAPTAIN
by sakar panch on May 26, 2011 11:39 AM
Virat is any day a better leader than many others including Gautam and Sachin.
This guy has talent. He has more experience in captaining a winning national team than Raina. So it is a sensible observation.
But captaincy decisions are made not based on value of the choice but on other considerations.

well said...............put some sense into jagdish........comparing virat the brat with suresh the class
Re: VIRAT KOHLI SHOULD BE CAPTAIN
by madaba on May 26, 2011 11:31 AM
is virat your brother? so what if he was under 19 captain............suresh raina is more senior and has got more experience and will get better respect from the playeers instead of the arrogant overconfident brat called virat kohli who will fail miserably against genuine pace...............mind you he is not aggressive .........he is arrogant with a superiority complex......he very face shows this arrogance
He got injured while playing for club So he need not be given rest Instead, BCCI shd ask him to play with injury..then he will realize..infact all the other stupids who were given rest shd also realize.

atlast soem sensible comment... exactly... it is tiem for the senir players to relax and takie a break for 3 months. There are so many good players who need opportunities..
