Mr.great Sachin fan, why the hell is ur god not retiring from ODI and Tests??? thats because he wants more records to topple, such a selfish cricketer. And one reason why India lose when sachin scores a hundred is, he eats up lots of balls during his 90's because of his selfishness to scroe century. If he is not there the otehr batsemn will definitely score more than what sachin would have.
I wonder how many more budding talented cricekter's career is to be lost because of this one man.
The day this guy announces his retirement would be one of my happiest day

Mr. Rajendran,
I think you don't know what you are talking about. You are talking about a man whose strike rate in ODI is around 90. You better go and learn his average in all formats and then talk.

amit kumar it is you who do not know what is cricket. it is you have to learn cricket fast. you dont even understand what is written.

rajendran is saying sachin slows down in his 90s. that means he worries more about getting his century than getting more runs for his side. it means if is batting on 96 in the last over he would not mind playing out all the 6 balls and getting not more than 4 runs. as long as his 100 is achieved that is ok. it does not matter to him that he could have got 10 runs from the last over. he is more afraid that he will not get HIS 4 runs and least concerned that his TEAM NEEDS as many runs as possible and he should try to get around 10 runs at least. but he is afraid that in pursuit of those 10 runs he might get out and he will be deprived of his beloved century...

btw amit kumar, you could do well to read how much strike rate sachin has in ipl 4. all other leading run scorers are having a very good strike rate. but sachin in spite of coming at the top has the least average of them all...only slightly above 100...that is very poor indeed...

Even dhoni's wicket keeping skills are good. I cant keep count of how many wicket keeping batsmen india tried and failed before finally making Dravid the keeper. What dhoni does now can't be done as effectively by any other wicket keeper in india.. Add to it the captaincy, and the air of calm he brings to it, he definitely is a gift to India and sure belongs in the league of some of the greatest cricketers of all time..

Ashish seems to have a self esteem issue more than anything else. His mind is trying to somehow justify the myths that he believed. Poor guy.

Varun I always talk with some logic/data but keep giving general statement.
I know u are a big dhoni fan & no harm in that.
My request is don't force your view of others.
Let me tell you apart from sachin, I am also a big fan of players like sehwag/dravid/laxman/kumble/zaheer & gilly/Gyle etc.
Its my personnel choice & let me continue with it.

yes buddy, i was his biggest basher but that innings just changed everything. I have no shame in accepting he is india's best captain and i was a fool in criticizing him.

It's easily done brother - if he hadn't played that knock can you just imagine how much criticism he would have received?! I always beleived in him as you know... ok he isn't a great batsmen as when he first came on the scene but as long as India keep winning under him... I can accept that.

I am not a politician like u sachin the great who keep changing the party with every result.
I always believe Its Indian team who win the wcup & not one captain.
Also even in this wcup sachin, zaheer, yuvi, gautam contribution was more than dhoni .
sachin clicked in 4 out of 6 matches (excluding minnows), Gautam (3 out of 6), Yuvi (2 out of 6) & dhoni 1 out of 6.
But few people talks dhoni won the world cup- what a ridiculous statemnet. Its Indian team who won the cup.
I never haerd any one praising Spain football captain for victory but entire team is getting credit with some extra credit to highest goal scorer of tournament.
STG- u need to open ur mind to understand these things

regardless of all your BS, what you make obvious is your myth that indian team won regardless of the captain. That is precisely where your understanding takes a huge drop. :(

i'm agree with you my dear ashsh, but you should know without a good captain (either kapildeo or saurav or dhoni or ricky ponting) even there are some good player can't produce best result.it is only captain who guide every one and be with one every time to support
