When RR won IPL 1- Shane warne was highest wicket taker & won many matches with his bowling When DC won IPL2- Gilly was highest scorer for DC & won many matches with his batting When MI reached IPL 3 final-(unfortunatlely lost final)- Sachin was highest scorer & won many matches with his batting When CSK won IPL3- Dhoni was a big failure with bat & flopped in 11 out of 12 matches he played. Even in this IPL-4 , dhoni has flopped in 10 out of 12 matches & clicked only in 2 matches with bat . That also when weak bowlers like Amit singh, Agarkar etc operating & wicket was flat. Captain also needs to be one of the best player & match winner of side who plays consistently & desrve a place in team first as a player. That’s why dhoni is always refered as a lucky player & not a world class player. But few mindless fans ignore this fact. Now even this IPL4 if CSK wins (probability is high as team has got good balance, few match winners like Hussey, vijay, badrinath, raina, morkel, Bollinger, ashwin etc in team & final is in Chennai)- credit should go to players but political mindset fans will give credit to politician dhoni who for sure will not feature as top 10 batsman in this IPL also.

Old Hindi Saying....Sau Sonar Ki, Ek Lohar Ki.....Sachin scored a century in WC and again in IPL this year...on both occasions his team lost. Whats important is how and when you contribute...prime example...WC Final knock by Dhoni...when it was required and when the great Sachin and Sehwag failed.

I think in all the rest of matches Dhoni has batted, so what he was doing that time? There is no case where team does not require a good performance from a captain. It's foolish to say Dhoni batted well when team needed. Is it like in other matches team did not want a match winning performance or at least an average performance from the skipper? Failing in all matches and clicking in last is called Lucky not Match winner, who knows even Yuvraj could have won the match if he were batting in that situation.

Both Gilly and Sachin are openers and Dhoni is not. So expecting him to score as much as a opener in 20-20 is not practical.

Dhoni will not last even one over if he has to face top bowlers like Styn, lee,tait,morkel,Malinga etc in opening over. Evey team sends his top batsman as opener as 80% of T-20/ODI won based on opener platform. If you are a consistent performer, always will be promoted as opener. Dhoni technique will not allow to open the inning agaisnt good bowling attack. He knows his limitation & thats why manipulate his batting position as per his ability to boost his average. But sachin/gilly/sehwag/gyle- all best playrs has no choice but to face best bowlers at start
MS Dhoni is one of the ugly captain in INDIAN Cricket history….As a captain he is doing nothing for INDIAN Cricket…In the last world cup also, his performance was very bad..Gautam Ghambir made very good platform, that’s why Halkat DHONI played in place of Yuvraj and made 91 after getting 2 lifelines…Gautam was the right candidate for Man of the match..but it has been awarded to DHONI politically..We need very talented captain to our cricket team like Saurav Ganguly / Anil Kumble / Kapil Dev etc…

Mr SKM Prasad u need gud captain or gud player, In indian cricket history Gavaskar is better than Kapil dev, Sachin is Better than MS Dhoni but wht is the use , World cup get by MSD & Kapil not under captaincy of SACHIN & SUNIL. ok. so many gr8 player in india but after MSD we can talk about Win over Oz and all, and regarding Wicketkeeping in india always wekitkeepr means maximum 15-20 runs score and 5 fit wicketkeeper like More, Mongia and all.. but after Dhoni only we saw a marvoulus keeper and Captail kool......... MSD is MSD ..

yes dhoni will definetely win election in BIhar. Good leadership/political/manipulation quality is must for winning election & he is best in that.
