If Sachin & Viru are still around at end of Over 15, take Batting Powerplay right then. That way Oz better bowlers get used up & middle order doesnt feel pressure to start scoring from ball 1. Replace Munaf with Sreesanth and send him/Ashwin up the order to swing his bat if a wicket falls in first powerplay. Also Sreesanth is a wicket taking bowler. Munaf neither takes wickets nor stops runs Use Zahir & other pacers in small bursts of 2 overs at a time. Zaheer, Bhajji, Yuvi, Ashwin should ball their full quota ie 40 overs. Munaf/Sree 6 overs, Raina/Pathan 4 overs. In middle overs we give easy singles by poor fielding & defensive field setting. That helps their batsmen to shake off tension & get set. So set aggressive field similar to powerplay & make batsmen take risks to get runs. Tendulkar should try to stay on till atlest 40th over Finally, Dhoni is in poor form. He should not be allowed to promote himself up the order at ANY COST

plan B is yuvi, gambir,kholi...dont u see it? wake up chappel...u dont need to take 10 wickets in 50 over game..when pressure mounts..wickets will be gifted to the bowlers....and aussies are in tremendous pressure as they know they are incapable of setting target 300 so they will throw wickets to achieve it and if they have to chase ...its much difficult as India will set not les than 325...u wake up and tell ur men to play good cricket instead of abusing batsmen on pitch.

ut u still did not get why I say aussies will lose.Aussies had lot of confidence in the past and they were blessed with another dirty weapon .."sledging".But Now they are low in confidence.they are also afraid of sledging as they might be given a reply with equal harshness. They cant sledge against Indians as they are dependent on IPL for money. Most of aussies have sold themselves to Indian players who are captains of IPL.They want to be in good books of Indians so that they will be brought by IPL teams. Aussies are now buttering Indians for big cheques in IPL. Now come to the game itself...If sachin and shewag are gone within 50 runs...then Kholi,yuvraj will hit aus bowlers to all parts of ground. speaking abt bowling...zaheer will take revenge of 2003 and aswin will compensate for the bad form of harbajan....so dont ever dream of win againt India in Indian ground..only good thing is aus bowls to its fielders but that is not sufficient to win against India.I think i made it clear now...India has planB if their openers dont work and Plan C if some bowlers dont work.

Bhajji is a brilliant bowler. He has taken 250 wickets in as many matches at an avg of 1.35 wickets per match.. but still this bu..gg..er is in the playing eleven. Chk out his current world cup record..shame on him turning tracks in India but still cant win macthes for India

Sachin and Viru should bat cautiously for the first 10 overs and dont loose any wickets. Replace Gambhir with Kohli at no 3 and include Suresh Raina in the team as a batsman cum bowler...Raina and Yuvi's slow bowling will do the trick for India. Also, Dont include Munaf Patel in the team as he is not fit to play in any national team...Sreesanths agression will be good for India. Also, Zaheer is in gr8 touch... If Aussies bat first and set a target of 300 , then dont loose wickets in the first 10-15 overs, After that if wickets are there, then India can change the gears and chase for it...If we bat first, then set a target of 325 ...
I think India is going to loss the match, simply because they rely too much on Sachin and if Sachin fails and Aussies fielder grab the first opportunity presented by Sehwag then no one can save Indian dream. Dhoni is out of form and I don't thin the latter batters can handle pressure after the fall of Sachin and Sehwag. Aussies nightmare Bhajji is also off colour. The only thing which could have saved India is true turnig track like Eden Garden and Chennai's Chepok but Alas these venues will not host any match in knockout stage. So Aussies are going to thrash Sachin's dream !!

Hi chappell u must know that aussies are an incapable bunch who r riding on theeir old saga.u did see how canada hit lee and tait out of fence? Pray that it is not done by india. they will be hit out by sachin shewag in P1 and later by yuvi and yousuf in P3.These idiotic arrogant aussies will face the biggest defeat now with India. Then u will run to save ur face along with these bunch of 2nd grade aussie players.

India are too much dependent on opening partnership and good score by their top 2 and Harbhajan is in his poorest form and very low in confidence and is the one who can only trouble Aussies with his mercurial spin !

Hi ian i think u forget about gambhir? he is fantastic batsman also young gun virat also brilliant.gambhir played very well against in oz at Oz venues.u just think one opening bastsman out and gambhir partnership with another opener the game will go out from OZ hand.Yuvi also in good form.india recenetly found bowling rhythem also.so 50%^ chance have each teams.According up on recent form aussie have less chance.Still u r players fearing about bhajji especially ponting and clarke.our main target is Brad haddin and watson if this two wickets fall withing 25 runs u r aussie will be all out 210.

We all Indian are fool because we expect more than ability of our players. In three matches England/SA/WI we enable to play 50 overs. Moreover we cannot defend 338, 297 runs. While other teams defend less than 200 runs.
It is good for India team to give walk over against Australia and better to run away from battle on ground otherwise one more defeat to be added in our record books.

Very true.. remember WI came back to India after losing 1983 final and tore apart indian team totally in one days and test matches.. Indian team used to get nightmares of marshal then.. but still India won 1983 final and that matters..
