It is surprising that many people still can't understand Dhoni's statement. It is pretty simple. Having an offspinner and a legspinner is ideal, rather than two offspinners. But, given that the legspinner is still not in form, he is given a chance against the minnows as opposed to trying to play him in the knockout rounds. As for Ashwin, he is pretty confident that Ashwin will walk in and perform.

Now calling Piyush Chawla the worst bowler could come back to haunt you, at least that is what Dhoni is hoping. In my opinion, the worst bowler in the Indian team is the one and only Indi Commando Sreesanth. Dhoni saved him from comments from everyone by not playing him.

I think english has better language and words. Is this discussion Board meant for this foul temperament? Moderator must be sleeping.
Let me clarify I am not dhoni's relative. It pains to read such foul language.

We have our own enemies with in us..We should destroy the enemy within before we meet the real enemy.Dhoni the captain..See the pressure of being an Indian captain..See the sponsors pressure.See the media s pressure
See the pressure from Seniors and ex players..All this onto a single Indian..And we abuse him with all the words from dictionary bringing his family ,wife. etc..R v true Indians..
Chawla did not make India loose..It is this win , which has made Chawla a bettter bowler..Every body brought a leg spinner like Tahir , who were not regular bowlers ..We Indians are not true critics..I am rather shamefull of such kinda people...

The difference is that a non regular bowler like tahir is taking wickets but a hyped regular bowler like chawla and bhajji r wicketless or being toyed around by associate teams ....I am wondering where was ur compassion for the pressure indian bowler faces when sreesanth had a bad match. But chawla gets hammered by English lower order batsman for 2 sixes in 49th over when they needed 25 runs...every one is feeling sorry for this stale samosa chawlaji ... Lol n that other guruji bhajji has decided to go wicketless.

Tahir a non regular bowler ? he had 547 wickets in 128 first class games before taking 11 wickets in his first 3 tests. if he is a 'non regular bowler', then I'll take 'non regular bowler' as a compliment

that is pretty simple. there is an alternate choice for a pacer. there is only one leg spinner in the squad. If Chawla does not perform in the league rounds, I would be surprised if Dhoni picks him up in the knockout stage.
