Had this has been interview of sachin or MSD we will have so far so many negative remarks along with lots of positive comments. but look at that there is not a single negative remark about this player that shows how he conducted throughout his career on the field and off the field. truly a great bats man a through gentle man and one of the best brand ambassador of the game and nation. may be he can consider career as match referee after retirement as he never has punished for violating model code of conduct for players of ICC.

Agree. VVS is the most under-rated test batsmen. When the attention is caught by Sachin, Dravid, Sehwag, people forget the Crisis man who has stood firm against the test of time and scored maximum number of match winning or saving innings. Those need not be centuries but I can remember many of his half centuries too which prooved to the decisive factor in the end.
The Lords has a board wherein all the cricketers who have scored a century at the ground is etched in it...surprise ! there's NO Sachin or Laxman but believe you me Ajit Agarkar's name exists.....

its nice that you appreciate his game. but its not only he but players all over world wide like to score on lords because of its historical background and it has nothing to do with brit psychology. so dont be so rude particularly with player like VVS

Lord's is the mecca of cricket, if you put patriotic feelings aside you would agree! so any cricketer would want to score a century in Lord's rather than in Eden Gardens or Melbourne.

Why it should be the Mecca of Cricket, just because Cricket originated over there? Cricket was discovered by England; however India dominates. 75% of ICC revenue is generated via India. So why we are hell bent on Lords. It is still the colonial hang-over of Indians who have created unnecessary hype and importance about Lords. Even Sachin does not have century at Lords but Agarkar has. Please get rid of this LORDS SYNDROME
