It was excellent cricketing display by WI, especially Chanderpaul and both Edwards. They could manage to save the test match and pushed for the draw.
India did opt for the safer option. But they shud have given a better try to push for thw win. Should have played agressively for another 10 overs to get to the target or may be for another two wickets. Surrending at 3 wickets down was very passive. The wicket was not threathening even with 7 wickets down we could have saved the match. Clearly, the agression was lacking.
You can not allow two batsman score 100 on a pitch that has a lot of PussyJuice in it, need was to raise your stick and dig it in right ares. We could not do that so draw was the only option.
