Kolkata and Kanpur grounds are a matter of history now. Delhi matches are increasingly rare. Most of the matches are now happening in Bangalore, Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, Chennai, Kochi, Visakhapatnam, and other south cities.
Sad to say Eden Gardens will not be ready before 1-2 months. I have seen the works from outside the stadium. Still not a single bucket seats have been placed in Block B and C. The exterior of the Club House and boundary walls are still to be erected. Roofs on the stands are still pending. Lot of mess, derbis, is lying on the ground. Outside the ground there is only one crane to assist in lifting the roofs. I have hardly seen any progress in the last 2 months and I bet looking at the ground that Eden will only be ready after WC. May be not. Not for offending anybody but this is my opinion.
indian cricket borad which is earning billions of dollars per year through ipl , commercial tv adds and from other many sources . indian cricket board is the richest cricket board in the world still our ground r not ready and on the other way bangladesh the poorest board is ready to organise every match . ITS REALLY SHAMEFULL...........
