Also a good part-time bowler. He may have some technical drawbacks, but his mental power is excellent. That is what team need.
This whole write up is as rubbish as rubbish gets. There is no mention of Yusuf Pathan. Pathan has over the past 3 months contributed consistently, either with the bat or the ball.
Even the T-20 win against South Africa was possible because of brilliant middle over bowling by the steady Pathan.
Any Indian team without Yusuf Pathan will be a travesty of justice.
1 Yusuf Pathan is far better than Jadeja, Rohit Sharma, Dinesh Karthik, Murali Vijay and Parthiv Patel put together !
Dhoni will repent if he continues to ignore the Pathan power to favor Vijay and Rohit !

Well Dhoni has reserved Yusuf for the WC..why waste him in SA..for no one wants him injured before WC

Read the post properly. Pathan has done well either with the bat or the ball in almost every match in the past 3 months. Every match against New Zealand he bowled tight middle overs or broke partnerships. Played a quick cameo in the slog overs in one match and then won a match single-handed. What are the credentials of Vijay, Nohit and Jadeja ? It really is surprising to see not even a mention of the man who won us a match almost single handed just a month ago. Bouncy pitches is where Yusuf made pretty good runs during IPL-2.And on any day, 25 of 17 balls is better in ODIs than 30 of 54 balls !

yusuf pathan is zero when he comes to face and bouncy pace.no doubt dhoni is not giving a chance..What about Yusuf performin in IPL and suffer in wc T20 in westindies ??
I will be surprised if these three guyes are included. Because India already have 3 openers (Sachin,Sehwag,Gambhir)then why Vijay who cant bat in any other positon? He hasn't score even a single fifty in ODIs. He is a Test bastsman. Rohith Sharma has got so many chances so far but didnt capitalised. Jadeja cant perform well under pressure.
