If he is the so called God of Cricket, then he must be having some super natural power and so like our God should never ever suffer from injury, sickness etc etc. Alas, that doesn't happen because today's God are more interested in money & fame making and so do all kind of tricks to dupe poor & passionate indian psychic mind.

Exactly...Dont know why his fans call him that, when he has not shown any miracles yet.. All of Indias great wins have come due to sehwags, laxmans, dravids or kumbles (test matches am talking bout), and still the mumbai lobby and the corporate sponsors prop him up and say that all of India's hopes lie on him.. fact is India has always done better when sachin hasnt played or has failed

sachin is cleaver he knew he would'nt stand any chance to score runs in SA against the SA bowlers so he made a grt excuse...it;s so lame..tendulkar should be in test matches..that too if he performs well in it..which he seldomly do..

You Sachin bashers are pathetic! Same thing you said of the guy when he "failed" in the first game of WC 2003. Then he went on to score 600 runs, was the best batsman of the tournament! Then as he "failed" again, in your crappy eyes, in the final, he is no good! What a bunch of losers - I can assure you, you guys have no life!

Lolers.. for all people who are saying he is playing for records and selfish... lemme tell you some basics of cricket first. cricket is a team game. A team should bowl well, bat well, field well to win a series .A batsman can win one, two or few matches in a series but not all the matches for the obvious reasons.
If he is playing for records, howcome he was the man of the series in 2003 world cup.His average in world cup is 58 . WHAT RECORD HE HAS BEEN TRYING TO ESTABLISH SINCE 3 WORLD CUPS?? ANSWER IS WORLD CUP TO INDIA. he wants to bring world cup to India and u people still blame him.

I dont understand why Sehwag,Gambhir and Sachin never get injured during IPL..Only during national duty ...everyone gets injured a..and alas no openers left..
