Greig says 'the reputation of the Indians as flat track bullies remains', Lawry retorts 'err well you're wrong, both sides have struggled'. Silence from Greig....
Mr Captain its good to back your resources but when you loose so many you need to be more flexible, you are the most defensive captain.Backing Gambhir and Kohli is of no use, get Rohit in 11 for next match and use him when he is in such a good form, but I know you will not have this common sense, u played Rohit again and again when he was in a bad form and now ignoring him when he is in such a good form. You have achieved a lot in shorter formats but in Tests you have taken the team down.
India should understand that our middle order batsmen are not longer getting younger . Its time we start building up a new middle order and make some hard decisions . Rohit Sharma, a solid young batsman must be immediately pushed into the team for the sydney test. The bowling dept has done quite well. In both the australian innings the Aussies crawled back from difficult situations, and the Indians were responsible for allowing them to crawl back. The Captaincy must be more aggressive in the sydney test . Its now do or die for India . India , wake up quickly.
In a match which has come up with not much of a surprise outcome, lets look at the possitives Indians were able to produce against the Mighty Aussies on later's home soil where they are rock defensive. As correctly said by Dhoni, the captain strong we have lots of possitives as in like geting 20 Aussies scalps under 600 runs in a game in Australia is not an easy job. It is only media which has been creating hype off late about the Indian team regarding series victory in Aussies because we cannot deny that fact that we have failed miserably in England(overseas) series, accepted that we are pretty strong at home, it takes time for us to set an expectations on team's away series victory. Also on the negative side, our experience players batsmen particular did not contribute as they should have. Lets forget this failures at the earliest and wish our Team all the very best for rest of the series. All we expect is a good game of cricket, indeed we have had the same for last four days only with an exception that the result was not in our favour. Cheers!!

Tony Greig is taking on India big time in the channel 9 comm. box for bcci anti DRS stance. Tony criticised how come dravid no ball was referred on day2 by umpires but same review cannnot be applied on edges and caught behind. In fact early on day3 Bill Lawry corrected Greig by telling him :Hello Tony a no ball is a no ball"

After the first test in England, did you say anything different, Naresh?
