Instead of blaming the seasoned and experienced batsmen for not delivering, its better to blame Ashwin for not converting his 30s to 100s. When he can score a century in India why not in Australia.. that too after scoring 30 odd runs in both the innings. Leave out the specialist batsmen - who unfortunately could not get past single digit scores... its only for ppl like Ashwin to prove and seal his place in team.. experienced people can relax and pose for photos if something good happens!!!

WHy Lose Sleep for Tests???INDIA MUST Ban TEST CRICKET and MUST refuse to PLAY Test Cricket and Longer versions of cricket matches Immediately!Seeing all the excitement of One day criket and T20 matches and seeing excitement of One Day Matches, Anna Hazare&team of patriots MUST write and OPEN letter to ICC and to all governments to BAN Boring and never-ending and time-wasting TEST Cricket and ranji cricket, duleep trophy cricket ets FOREVER? shame ann ahazare and patriots are NOT making a national agitation to BAN poverty-rpoducing and time-wasting and BORING Test CRicket Forever? The exciting One day matches compared to BoringandNever-endingandTime-wastingTEST matches Prove why TEST matches and Ranji &dulpee trophy macthes MUSTe Banned in Poor nations since they cannot afford to WASTE Millions of man or wowman hours every year! This wastage of time has made us POOR adnd Backward aswished by the british crooks who imported this game like improting the mahatma and non-violence dirty trick to make hindus morrons and ennuchs and lazy forever too! ! What a Shame! ONLY One day cricketmatches, 50 over or 20 over or 10 over games must be ALLOWED to be Played in ourcountry and ONLY on week-ends of Holidays so that we DO NOT waste millions ofhours every year and To prevent us becoming a Poor nation forever too!
Actually sachin scored a century. 1 st innings he made 73 and 2 nd innings 32 which gives 105 for the whole match, so he scored a century. Now he can retire peace fully. Fix it BCCI like that

First throw out Laxman and Gambhir. Laxman is a burden. He scores once in 7-8 innings and everyone sings praises of him. If he had scored some runs in the first innings when India were 214/3, things would have been different, but he played a loose shot. He struggled in the 4 tests in England and also here. Gambhir does not have the technique nor comfidence to score on bouncy wickets, he just hangs his bat outside the off stump and gets out.

Laxman is the main reason why India has won tests outside the subcontinent. When all ur hyped batsmen failed (which is usual), he has played single handed match winning innings (sometimes even with tail enders). Gambhir has the capability to get big scores, just some minor modification in technique needed.

Jiju:
Yeah... his usual style is - fail in first innings, which builds tremendous pressure on the team, then come around in the second and "save" India... :) Unfortunately he didn't pull it off at MCG.. :(

Tony Greig is taking on India big time in the channel 9 comm. box for bcci anti DRS stance. Tony criticised how come dravid no ball was referred on day2 by umpires but same review cannnot be applied on edges and caught behind. In fact early on day3 Bill Lawry corrected Greig by telling him :Hello Tony a no ball is a no ball"
