Dhoni is the best cricketer India has ever produced. It is because of him that we won 3 major tournaments and the No.1 status.

They would not have had a better "Team"'

Look at them,
They have got;
8 batsmen,
5 bowlers &
2 umpires

And the visitors are reduced to a bunch of World Cup Champions!

Quit England movement 2011
by Raj on Aug 21, 2011 02:40 PM  | Hide replies

Team India should consider QUITTING the remainder of the tour - The players are obviously affected by (PATHETIC UMPIRING ETC) and the morale has been affected by pittance incidents happening only to the Indian team and supporters around (Sunil gavaskar/Shastri fiasco, Indian player injuries taking too long to heal, Tendulkar feeling weak after medication during Lords test, British media dictating the selection of Indian team and critical of BCCI, infact british media having nothing good to write about India or Indians)these incidents are just NO COINCIDENCES!! Its a British crusade that win this series BY HOOK OR BY CROOK!! The third and fourth test have got two AUSTRALIAN Umpires and surprise surprise, even the third umpire is an AUSTRALIAN - This prevents transparency in the game and has been a cause of concern (perhaps not for British media) surely for the team, BCCI and the Indian supportetrs alike. During freedom, India had a QUIT INDIA MOVEMENT, enough is enough, the cricket team should consider QUIT ENGLAND MOVEMENT 2011. No respect lost , we know what our boys have been through, we will regain the test position in time to come. And 1.3 billion people deserve it more than 64 million FIRANGIS to watch the special hundredth at the home grounds - Good luck India - Jai Hind!!

Hey Raj,

Why are you listing excuses for this team? You can't blame the world for the poor performance of this team.

DHONE'S BAD LADY LUCK
by subrata banerjee on Aug 21, 2011 02:15 PM  | Hide replies

Dhone came to indian cricket squad as wicketkeeper cum batsman. Then turned batsman cum wicketkeeper (though his wicket keeping standard always remain below club level). Dhone became DHAMAKA with consequtive big scores both in tests and limited over games. Then DHONE became captain""""""""""??? GOD KNOWS HOW AND WHY? But Dhone proved selectors dicision was absolutely correct and went on maiaining good performances in tests and limited over games mostly on Indian subcontinent soil. The glorious period continued but suddenly his DHAMAKA LOST THE PERFORMANCE AND REMAINED ONLY SOUND "dhone dhamaka". Alas, his batting performance became extremely poor and his keeping was always nasty and clumsy. Thereafter he married a Kolkata based girl but his performance came down more worse mainly with bat and his average came down on a very very poor standard. Really, his lady luck was off. Then in the tour of England Dhone lost everything and the series and the world no 1 position is already gone and his miserable performance fuelled the collapse of each game of this series. It is doubtfull whether he is considered as batsman (then why he come at number 6/7 position?) or a wicketkeeper(or a backstopper?). But still he is in the indian team having no valid reason.
Selectors should now think seriously think before thay declare next test squad. who will be the captain. Luck can never favour always which has been said by different

Dhoni is good only. Unfortunately the seniors save Dravid are not able to digest his phenomenal success and soaring brand value. Deliberately they are throwing their wickets. The team is capable of much better performance.
