Indian cricket

Indian Cricket is like India under Congress Rule
For all failures, Dhoni blames hectic schedules. Who is responsible?
1. Every player wants to play in all the 3 forms of cricket for the country. and IPL too. Selection board nods, BCCI nods.
2. Have you seen any one wanting to sit out of IPL? Money, Money ,Money.
Some like Sachin sit out of the games crucial for the country’s record in order just to prolong the career to enhance personal records. Selection board nods, BCCI nods.
3. Injuries galore because of hectic schedules. Have you seen any one
voluntarily declaring unfit before the start of a series? The injury worsens and the crucial player walks out from the middle of a series.
THE ROOT CAUSE
Same management persons in BCCI, in IPL and ICC too. Same pals of D Gang. Same money monger in Politics and Sports too.
ICL was a private, parallel league for the game. Money Money Money attracted the jealous BCCI. IPL swallowed ICL like TITAN SWALLOWED THE WHOLE WATCH INDUSTRY IN INDIA AND NOW WALKING OUT of Watch Industry coolly TO TANISHQ.
OK, Money is the great motivator. Forgive the Managements.
Why not monitor selections to have feasible schedules with apt fitness of players?
Why not respect the country’s records in the official Tests ,ODIs and T20s?
Why not restrict IPL for retired players and young budding players and keep out the current national players? Why not make 35 plusses, even if he is Sachin, to stick to either this or that?

Indian team coach who is from England is the culprit
by cc man on Aug 11, 2011 08:08 AM

All, I have been telling since a while that whenever we are on a tour to a country which is home county of the the team coach, Indian always looses or draws the series. Check out stats in cricinfo. it happenend with kirsten, chappel, john wright and now with Fletcher.

I strong bet that Fletcher is making Indian team loose.

Why raina is in the team when Abhinav, Can bat better than him.Dhoni,Raina,Yuvi can be replaced by Dinesh,Badri,& Vijay since they are better batsmen than them.

It is not like that.Yesterday,Sehwag got out for a duck.Gambhir or DHoni have not done much in this series.Same is the case with Raina.None of the key players have fared well and who happen to be from North India.Sachin also bhas not shown great form so far.Why are we tolerating them so much and very intolerant to Mukund who fared well in his opening innings in England. Moreover,Dinesh Karthik was the leading run-getter in the 2007 India's tour to England.Badri played well but still he is not being given any chance.

Actually we should play the next match with the chefs from all Udipi cafes and Woodlands shantys! Scrap the current playing 15 except Mukund and Sreesanth!

What's up with Harsha and Shastri?
by Prabodh Jain on Aug 11, 2011 05:26 AM  | Hide replies

Both of thse idiots kept claiming Srisanth is currently the fastest bowler in India.

If you have seen this series in England, Ishant is the onlt one getting about 80mph. And even Aggers said the same..

Now we have MRF Pace Acedemy-what kinds of Pace bowlers are they generating? Munaf went to it and came back out with 75mph, down from 85mph that he used to be..

So much with BCCI's money and all these incompetent academy and coaches employed by such academies..

prabodh, you have rightly called these two as idiots. yesterday in the days' preview, shashtri came up with a blinder, that the indian team had been affected by the riots in london & birmingham, due to which they could not get the desired amount of net practice & also were mentally disturbed.

Sick and tired of Tendulkar's hundred 100s
by Chicago Male on Aug 11, 2011 04:48 AM  | Hide replies

Hopefully he can get it soon and be done with Cricket. Right now Indian team and media is all about his 100s. I hope he gets it soon and retires respectfully. We seriously need young players, specially bowlers/all rounders who will help India perform well in test cricket.

India's collapse..
by Raghunandan V on Aug 11, 2011 04:44 AM

India's collapse, i feel, is because of bowling.. not because of bating... 250 odd runs is a average I innings score.. but close to 25 overs and 80 runs in a whole session of bowling by india and no wickets.. is pathetic.

With due respect to him and admiting that he is much better then Sachin and others in this series, I just can't see him playing long innings any more.

Is it the age catching upto him?
