sudhakar.. Sachin in legend and bless for India... Tax of Ferrari were waived by Government looking at the image of Sachin... Sachin is proud of India and Bharat Ratna.. He is not like your Mayawati or Laloo Prasad...
I am looking forward to cricket once Sachin retires (will that ever happen?). Because then we will get to see youthful players like Raina, Kohli, Gauti etc. shine. That will be an exciting era of cricket.

See, there was a time when he was the best out there, I used to switch TV off when he used to get out, few world cups back. So can't deny his greatness, but with this new Indian team, we have equally talented batsmen and match winners, so can't deny their talent too.

Abe oye... Have you touched cricket bat at any time ? The era of Sachin is not like you and me to crack or criticise anyone sitting in one room with computer in front. His hardwork, sincerity, honesty is of extreme purity and intigrity. Hats off to Sachin Tendulkar. We have to thank God that we have taken birth when Sachin is playing...

Sachin Tendulkar is backbone of Indian Cricket Team.. Team India without Sachin is like fish without water.. Sachin is oxygen of Team India.. Team India will look like paralysised patient if Sachin is not playing. Sachin should NOT retire so early.. We expect at least another 10-15 centuries in one day as well as in Test... The Star like Sachin take birth once in thousand years.. His records will be unbeaten forever.. His dedication is of high standard.. No one can compare Sachin with any Cricket player of the world... We are proud that we took birth and watching the cricket when Sachin is playing. 22 years selfless, dedicated, honest, sincere work of Sachin... MAZA TULA MANACHA MUJARA.... This is a team game. Sachin is a subset of Team india not the other way round. Each and every Indian player has given his blood and sweat. Appreciate India's performance including Sachin's but not limited to Sachin. India > Sachin. Indian win is more important than SAchin's records

This Indian team is full of talented batsmen, we do not depend on one man anymore. this is not the India of 10-15 years ago. This is a new Indian team full of great batsmen.
Recently,sachin's daughter sara didn't accept any gifts on her 12th birthday , instead asked for cash in return of those who presented her gifts and with those money , she celebrated her birthday party with mumbai slum kids and donated that money to all of them.
even sachin and her wife anjali , were dumbstruck nd speechless , when sara had requested this to her father , remember she is only 12 years old.
This again justifies the mettle , the thoughts , leave alone money , the stage sachins have gone up to and achieved in life.

vijay... Sachin keeps low profile when donating.. He has donated amount to needy that no other player nor politicians, bollywood actors would have donated.. But he keeps very low profile... Couple of months back, one of his school friend was hospitalised and had advised for a major surgery in hospital in Pune.. Sachin went to see him and voluntarily accepted the responsibility of all medical expenses of that operation... Sachin has taught his kids also the way how he was brought up.. Their kids even dont know how great Sachin is....
It will do well for every one of us passionate cricket lovers to remember a few important facts, though we may differ on opinion. In Tennis, we have the two eras of tennis- namely the open era versus the one before. The same for cricket. the era before WC games and the WC era post 1975.( much thanks to kerrypacker) Bradman was a master and the undisputed champion of the classical era and Sachin the monarch of WC era! let us give credit to the 99.94 average of Bradman and the 32000 international runs and 99 centuries over 21 years of Sachin. both of them are unlikely to be emulated ever... another aspect of Tennis... it has Lawn, Clay and hard courts tennis, where different champions reign.... I believe, in Hockey too we must have Lawn , clay and Astro turf Hockey!!!!!! Probably India will again be unbeatable on both the Lawn and Clay surface hockeys!!! no need to be fast furious and physical Astro turf champions! let us be the artistic hockey champions!!!! we need the Hockey league to focus on this aspect.... see how the African athletes make the field events their own...

Bradman was far better than Sachin. He faced Harol Larwood in the bodyline series and still scored runs, without wearing a helmet. Sachin or any other modern batsman will run away from that situation...

agreed the helmet situataion and one Larwood.....just a matter of conjencture about Sachin running away... he was hit and bled by a bouncer in his first test in Pakistan and still clouted sixes and stood his ground...anyway now to Bradman but i doubt if Bradman could have survived with helmet and all the bowling of Imran, Wasim, Macgarth, Donald, Ambrose, walsh at all that Sachin mastered...breadth of view is vital my friend...narrow view is only good for a scared horse trotting on the road....
