If India wants to win, it should only play North Indian players in the final eleven. Selecting South, East and West players is a recipe for disaster and defeat, and should be avoided.

SREESANTH MALLOO IS WELL CONNECTED TO MADRAI SRIKANTH OUR CHIEF SELECTOR SO THERE IS NO WAY MUNAF HAD A CHANCE, BUT MARK MY WORDS THAT THAT MALLOO WILL BE THE ROOT CAUSE OF OUR DOWNFALL IN THIS SERIES, HOWEVER, YUVRAJ BEING AXED WAS A GOOD DECISION AND OF COURSE HIS MOM IS GOING TO BE MAD BUT ITS TIME HER SON DEVOTES HIMSELF MORE TO BOLLYWOOD THUMKAS AND BOLLY BABES THAN TO CRICKET...!!

Munaf gets injured or fatigued if he stays in field for a full day.
He is not good enough for test cricket. Twenty twenty or ODIs he can sustain. But not test cricket and india cannot afford 10 players in a cricket field when he breaks down bowling his third over in a match on first day.

i am happy that atlast the arrogant & match fixer is out fm Ind team. he shud be treated in the catgories of sreeshanth only then they will understand that public pay for not watching his antics but for upholding sprirt of ind team
We have good bastman in the side Sehwag, Gambhir, Raina, Sachin, Dravid, Tendulkar, VVs laxman, Dhoni then why was there the need for Murali Vijay instead they would have opt for Pathan or Ashwin or Praveen Kumar. Is Murali Vijay been chosen to warm up the bench there? He has been total failure in Tests.

Murali vijay is there because Sehwag or Gambhir have been having fitness trouble in recent past. In case of eventual break down of either one of the player they need a opening batsman, hence no pathan or ashwin or praveen.

He is selected as a back up opener and in Tests Opener is most Important while he have 43.33 Avg as Opener in Tests so his Selection is Justified.
While Irfan is no more bowler and R Ashwin and P Kumar are certain valid question but we can have only 15 players in the Squad
