sachin, sehwag and pollard or any good player are basically crowd pullers because of their fantastic game people love them and expect more from them. but if you ask them can they win game for team they will 100% say no. but now the question is what will happen after their retirement, no worry same question people used to ask when sunny and kaps and viv or Ian botham and Deniis lille used to play. new talents always fill the place of greats.

Mixing sehwag and sachin with pollard is not right. I think pollard is afridi/yusuf pathan kind of player at best. I am not sure if he has played any innings of a value for his country

And if you ask sehwag if he can win the match single handedly for India. His answer will surely be 'YES' and he has done it many times.

you meant to say without help of bowlers and fielders, sorry comrade we have difference of opinion, and can u tell me how many WC he played for India and why he did not bring word cup win for India, was he not wanted India to win the ultimate trophy
God and master and all these kind of degrees are normally given by fans and it easily understandable because its their love for their favorites that they give this kind of names, so don't go by exact meaning but understand the feeling of fans

In first 10 years of his international cricket till 1999 I think he was as aggressive as sehwag if not more.

Not sure. I don't think too many people are interested in doing that closed group chat. Here different people different views. But I'll keep my eye on that when around computer (which is the case most of time :-)

Yes sehwag is aggressive all the time but sachin was not and played more carefully. But I don't remember sehwag hitting 4 sixes an over till now :-)

and i also donot remember sachin takes less than 100 balls to reach his kentury in tests...

That is why sachin has better average then sehwag in both forms of the game.
But sehwag should always remain what he is today. I think because of him India has started to win the test matches which they used to draw and save the matches which the would have normally lost.

ASK LEN HUTTON. HE WILL TELL ITS A TEAM GAME.SO NEED FOR JUST 2 PLAYERS. TAKE ANOTHER 2.
You ask any international cricket player what is real cricket what is their dream of cricket 99.99% of the players will tell you "I WANT TO PLAY TEST CRICKET AND PERFORM GOOD IN TEST CRICKET"
