I think Kirsten would continue as the coach unless India fares too poorly (like in 2007) or too well (like in 1983) in the World Cup.

I don't see any threat for Kirsten if even India fails in WC 2011.

and Finally
Shiv Khera ( because we can not have Stephen Covey) for conflict resolution and ensuring peace - AMONG THE ABOVE COACHES

Eknath Solker is unfortunately dead, so you have to find someone else for this position.
Azhar would have been the obvious choice, but he is a fixer.
Robin Singh was given the post, but he failed to make an impact.

Let me add ODI Batting Coach: Kris Srikkanth (will be given to Sachin as soon as he retires) Technique Coach - Currently vacant (will be given to Dravid as soon as he retires) Leg Spin Coach - Kumble All Rounder Coach - Kapil Dev Wicket Keeping Coach - Kirmani Sledging Coach - More Carrying water to the field coach - Yuvraj :)
we indians mindsets are slaves of foreigners. sunil gavaskar is the best indian batsman because he did not wear halmet. it is heard that when gavaskar is batting the wicket keeper relaxed because very few balls reach him. Kapil dev is the team leader of 1983 world cup who caught world's best catch ever of viv richards that turned the match and won

Unfortunately Gavaskar (like Tendulkar) is not a team man. He can never make the grade.

Sandeep Patil and Kapil Dev were the coach of Indian team in 1996 and 1999-2000 respectively, but we didn't have any success under them.
Australian coaches are also known for creating problems.
A point of interest, why you rate Laxman and Arun Lal so highly ?

Kapil Dev is incapable, have seen in the past. Gary would be the best, Moody, Kumble follow.
