the contracts of the players should have been designed like this. any batsman who averages min of 40 and above in a series should be given A grade and any bowler who averages 25 runs and below per wicket should be given A..rest of all should be given B..in this way, there would be competition and players will play to their potential..
Dhoni has already been given a fair run . But i dont even remember even one knock in test cricket in which he has steered the team to victory or has saved the match on his merit . He is a Damm Lucky Felow and riding the hard work and performance of few players . Its high time we should look for a separate Test Captain .

perfectly composed...but its the attitude that is important..sometimes ithout a coach, the captain may be more responsible but with a coach, he can easily relax and put the blame on the coach when things dont go your way..

SRT has won played atleast 50 test innings which helped india winning or saving test. In ODI has has 66 MOM out of which 60 resulted in win. While d-h-0-bi has not played a single match winning inning in his entire career in test/T-20. Comparing great SRT with medicore politician dhong-i is a sports crime & u can be booked mr Tooshik

SRT won many matches while ur father d-h-o-b-i is good for nothing. No match winning inning in entire career. Only good in politics

Ishant is worse than any bowler in india. Unidimensional bowler & any batsman enjoy hitting Ishant
