Batting Lessons for Sachin by

When our batsmen don't make runs, bowlers like Bhajji have to make centuries. As a result, they forget bowling. Basically, Bhajji should give batting lessons to Sachin so that he can get his 50th ton, and Bhajji can go back to bowling.

Shotgun Sinha:
It is interesting to see a "batsman" who just learnt to score a century giving lessons to the one who has 49 already... ;-)

haha.. we have all sef-proclaimed experts here giving advice to batsman with highest number of test centuries...
Once again, we see that the curators dont care a damn about the home advantage factor. India is the No1 team, and yet all we see are dead pitches which gives foreign teams more chances than ours. Why on earth cant we prepare turners like we used to in the 90s? Do you see a slow turner in durban, leeds or perth? I think the curators have no interests of team India in their heart and just there for the money. If this series had been played on result pitches, India would have won 3-0 easily. Now we have come to the scneario where ordinary players like macintosh, guptil, williamson who have done nothing before are scoring 100s.

Ordinary players? I think you're lovestruck with the Indian middle order. The players you've mentioned are playing International cricket, and for certain reasons I believe ordinary players don't generally get a chance in International cricket. they've all proved themselves in the domestic circuit, and have made it into the National squad.
As far as the curators not bothering about pitches, did you notice Dhoni's captaincy? I'm an avid supporter of the Indian cricket team, and its players, but Dhoni was clearly lacking intent, he didn't look like he was captaining the #1 side in the world. How else would one explain Dhoni's field placements? New batsman comes to the crease, manages to score a boundary, the next thing you know the fielder is standing at the boundary where the batsman had just hit a 4. You don't change the field for a new batsman just because he scored a boundary! You put more pressure on him! FFS, he needs to be more aggressive, and stop following the ball!

Do you know that Uppal stadium holds the dubious distinction of a jinxed stadium in India. India never won a match (T20, ODI, Testmatch) in this stadium. Actually, it's not pitch. But the locals say that Vastu is totally wrong for this stadium and India will never win a match in the history of this stadium.
As a captain Dhoni should understand that you can't win test matches with 2 bowlers. We need 4 very good bowlers and a bowling all rounder to win the test matches. In addition we must have 5 batsmen and a batting WK.

He is the only person to be fit for captaincy in the current situation...no one else...not even sewag..we need not even think about tendulkar for captaincy..
this test series proves that out come of the matches are determined off the field. Not many people bet on India NZ series and therefore bookies did not bribe NZ players to loose. this is the only plausible expalnation. NZ lost to Bangladesh but India who just recently defeated Aus (SIC) were made to struggle for drawing a test match. all the indian victories are thanks to bookies and not the players
