SEE THE PERFORMANCE OF SACHIN AT THE TIME OF BAD TIME
by subrata banerjee on Nov 14, 2010 02:37 PM  | Hide replies

Repeatedly I have been telling of my keen observation on the performance quality of SO CALLED GREAT SACHIN and almost every time it is observed that Sachin got out cheaply when TEAM INIDA NEEDED TO DO WELL. But he will score 100,200,300 in in the matches where either decision is well set to win or certain to produce draw. But it is very much surprising that LAXMAN played several unbelievable match winning/saving innings in his entire carrier but remained unnoticed and never received due respect. I can repeat and mention many many unbelievable match winning innings of LAXMAN one of which is very vivid in my mind which was played in CALCUTTA. But alas, people, developer, media have been continuously projected Rahul Dravid, THE WALL OF INDIAN CRICKET. NO IT MUST BE LAXMAN. HE SAVED INDIA MANY TIMES AND HELPED INDIA TO CLINCH VICTORY WITH A GALLANT PERFORMANCE. A BIG SCORE IN TIME IS RESPECTABLE, OTHERWISE, PEOPLE WILL BELIEVE THAT UN IMPORTANT TONS ARE DONE ONLY FOR THEIR RECORD.

Why do you have to such keen observation only on Sachin? If you do similar, you will find everyone useless.
Let us try to accept to our heart that we like and dislike some sets of people and form opinions and logics to criticize or appreciate.
we need to simply understand that they are all the players who have a task to do and prepare day and night to meet the objectives. We are only sitting in front of TV and Computer to tell how everyone should do.
Check if someone can make a similar analysis on how you should work. You will realize how painful it will be to hear from someone who doesnt know the dynamics of your work.

The problem is not with tendulkar it'e there in the Mumbai cricketers blood. As all of us know that Laxman plays vvvvwell when india is in need, but in india a cricketer also requires support from the board members and reginal boards, BCCI members which is not there for Laxman.
I think this is the best time for Sachin and Dravid to take decision about their carees and said goodbye to international cricket.

crisis is created when sachin gets out you dimiwit . When the likes of sachin / sehwag are around , crisis takes a backseat. so errr stfu and gtfo ?

Anyways, i am kind of disappointed that sachin couldn't carry on :( . Guess I am kind of spoilt by his performance prior to NZ series

Sachin still is way above most of the guys in the team in levels of batting , fielding and the confidence he creates in the team . This , mind you after more than 20 yrs of international cricket and still he is performing . Please do not berate such a rare gem of a player by comments like this because of ill information and also for the sake of commenting.

Very boring
by Umesh Varrier on Nov 14, 2010 02:09 PM

The indian batsmen apart from Sehwag are very slow. They can not score runs freely and they are making the match very boring. If they want to win the match they should take atleast 100 runs lead today. But it seems very less.

India not in tatters, but a relief. Good for India and all the spectaotrs. Dravid nowadays is such an eye sore. He liteally plays on your nerves no matter who you are, an Indian supporter, a spectator, a commentator or even the opposing team. Quit Dravid! for the sake of the team and the entire cricketing world.

quit watch cricket my dera...Test cricket is 20-20 or one day..when inc crises you need to spend time and get runs..thats what he has done...what has sachin done..if he fails in this series will he be dropped..coz pawar i sin BCCI...but with others it is not the case...and more over the advertizing lobby will not allow SRt to be doppped..so get a grip man ...be realistic..no dubt..SRT is good batsmen..with 20 years in crocket if cant score 15000 runs (any one can score that many)...then he is not worth..but a guys who is just 10 odd years and scores 10000 runs and 25 centuries is he not worth the play..come man idolising is good but berate others be analytical in yor analysis...sachin scores centuries when the score boad read 250-300 for 2 wickets....tell me how many matches he as won in crises situations by scoring centuries and tell me how many he won when the he scored centries on good score for the 1st 2-3 wickets

Spectators at the ground now can safely take a nap till Dravid and Laxman are batting togeher. Same if Dhoni comes in next.Ask some one to wake you up when Raina and Harbhajan and the tail are batting

India gives up the run rate after the down fall of Sehwag
by MeetFireWithFire on Nov 14, 2010 12:05 PM

Third's play: 2 runs per over. At this rate no team can expect a result in this test match. Ideally one may expect to score at 4 runs an over to entertain any thoughts of winning. Indians could not even score at 3 which shows there is some element of doubt in their batting ability.
