he was part of team in 2007, even if not played , we won. he was absent in t20 2008, CT 2009 and now t20 2010, and we make early exit. akram also said, india missing viru big time. it is same like olden pak team playing without akram .
Our players have made so many sacrifices.Sehwag sacrificed world cup for IPL. Players gave up parties for 20-20 world cup.Most of the payers sacrificed lucrative add offers. And after all Malinga,Murali,Sangakkara,Peterson etc are our own IPL boys playing for Mumbai Indians,Punjab,Chennai. So cheer up India.Our Indian heroes will defenitely do well in next years IPL.
This guy first said indirectly to throw seniors like sachin and dravid out, when he was named captain. That was india in england just before the first T20 WC. Sachin then opted out of T20 and ganguly and Dravid were not picked. That was the time when even selectors thought what Dhoni showed them. Now Sachin has proved in last two versions of IPL that he is B*A*A*P of kids like dhoni. T20 was a game of younsters, this is waht he had said that time, now what the hell are these youngsters doing the whole world is evident.He in arrogance did not drop Jadeja for WI match to justify his decision and he was murdered by Gayle and co. Piyush could have been a better choice surely against WI since they cant play quality spin and big turns.He continued wid his CSK team mate M.Vijay, until the things went impossible for india to survive. And in the last match being a captain he should have lead by example,instead he played like a dead duck in slog overs.Miserable performance by a captain himself, failed to motivate the team. When they won T20 WC first time, that time everyone sang a ga-ga for Dhoni. He is the real captain. He is nothing but a person diring on others efforts, if others perform, he enjoys the glam-sham of success, else he would say 'Our Bowlers gave away too many runs at crucial junctures or our batsmen dint perform to their potential'. He never took the responsibility of failure. Disgusting Man.Yeh to purush hi nahi hai....

why are you people so disgusted with Dhoni? We indians must remember that cricket is after all a "game" , where win or defeat r the only 2 probabilities. We r so emotional in our response that if our team wins we place our heroes next to god, and if they lose, we make them demons. why so ?? I remember when Dhoni was winning games as captain , people made him superhero in his home tpwn Ranchi, but when his team lost last T20 W cup then the same city saw his effigies being burnt and even rampage in his newly constructed house . I also remember that burning effigies hurt his father so much that when next time india won and people reached his house to celebrate victory , his family members didn't open the gates and not joined the crowd in celebrations saying if u beat him on defeat and garland him on victory then what is the meaning of such celebration ? Can we not be more controlled in showing our emotions at the time of team's victory or defeat?

By his super perfomance in all versions of the game (Test/ODI/T-20) during last one year, Sachin has proved once again that he is BAAP of kids like Dhoni. Mr. Dhoni has to learn a lot, and still a long way to go before he could think of matching Sachin- both in terms of on-field and off-field behaviour.In fact, I feel very pity for Dhoni that Sachin did not give Dhoni any opportunity to throw him out. Let me tell you that even today a T-20 team consisting of Sachin, Dravid, Saurav, Kumble, Irfan Pathan and promising upcoming players like Manish Pandy, Abhimanyu Mithun, Ambati Raydu,Pragyan Ozaa etc. will defeat the current team led by Dhoni.
Cant believe that we Indians are overreacting in such a ugly way. Yes, we did loose, but its just a t20 guys..we are still No 1 in tests and No 2 in ODIs. ODIs are hust 4 entertainment nd dont make it a national issue. And remember, we are the champions of the enaugral tournament. So, no big deal....just chill nd enjoy cricket..our players know how 2 play...thats y they are there. They will bounce back..its just one of the off colour tournament nd even teams like south africe is out.....so chilllllllll

Over-rated leadership of Dhoni & the performance of team India Few Facts : Total 3 ICC tournaments have been played in the last 12 months or so, 1). T20 2009, 2). ICC Champions Trophy, 3). T20, 2010. India did not reach to Semi Finals in any of these Tournaments. Other big cricketing teams like Australia, SouthAfrica, NewZealand, England and Srilanka all enjoyed atleast one semi final entry in these tournaments. India did not win any Super Eight match in both T20 tournaments. And above all, Pakistan is the only team to reach Semi finals in all 3 tournaments. It is easy to figure out the over-rated leadership and performance of team India.
