BCCI is Killing cricket ... Now it is too much of cricket which been served .... what a pity .. after 45/50 days of 2011 world cup in India ... Immediately in next 7 days IPL 4 will start ...with 94 matches ... that is too much ... I think .. cricket will reach to saturation point ... it is too much of cricket for Indians to digest ... BCCI is really killing the cricket ...
It is the Kerala NRI money showing. I am sure Lulu group, Muthoot, and prominent NRI business men all have stake in the new team. Superb group building effort by Shahsi Tharoor to pitch for and get the prestigous IPL team to Kerala. This shows the new assertive and affluent Kerala. Guys keep it up and hope to see my home town team at the top of the league table next season.

You got it wrong Hari. The bidders have no real Cochin/Kerala connection - except for Parinee Developers, one of the members of the consortium. All others are business groups based in Mumbai/North. Even Parinee is based in Pune.
going by the current form of the IPL teams, these can be the new names for the IPL teams:
KXIP - Kings Xposed In Pantiies DD - Delhi Dreams KKR - King Khan Ruins RR - Rajasthan Rats MI - Mumbai Indies RCB - Royal Cup Bearers CSK - Chennai Sloppy Kings DC - District Chargers

Delhi dirty, shevering devil, ... poor guys. Only sewag is there for them. All their batsman .. jsut close there eyes and bat.. thinkig that.. ball will reach somewhere.. This time dont even expect semi.. ok
Too much teams and matches not gud for IPL Looks like modi expecting too much after initial success. No body will watch IPL for months and its going to be flop...
