He is going thro bad patch ever since Kumble retired Tell how many 5 wkts haul he has had since Kumble retired Waste he should be rested forever from Indian team
sachin shud give uo odis after the world cup and play only test matches..no one can beat his odi records anyway..this way he will prolong his test career and ponting will never b able to beat him..and im afraid that i might stop watching cricket after he retires

Yes I have stopped watching a bunch of school boys playing lousy cricket when Tendulkar is not playing.I too will stop watching cricket after Tendulkar stops playing.

Sachin already started on idea of retiring ODI after WC, hence we do not see him in ODIs (much like earlier) though he is fit. This is to ensure proper young talent developed in ODIs before he says bye to ODIs. We could see similar result already in T20 of Mumbai Indians team.
In one interview, Sachin told he would retire T20, ODI, tests in this order.
Surprise....India has no opener to replace Gambhir. Karthik must paying something under the table to Srikant. Dhawan or Mukund should be there instead of kartik. Now we all know MVijay is not good replacement in one day

What is wrong in Karthk coming as replacement? After all he was man of the series just some time back in Colombo Who is Dhawan?

Pathan was also given many chances. He was thrashed by Srilankans in many tournaments ..... SO you are right on that they should pick a better allrounder but Irfan Bhai is not the right choice.

Rivol...BCCI don't have guts to show doors to Sachin! mind it! Sachin is doing right opting out of these useless tournaments! More besides, that is also giving youngsters chances to prove their worth.

I think no body can dare to drop Sachin and it must be his wish only to rest. No one can enforce that. SO relax guys, Sachin wants to keep himself fit and relaxed for world cup. So till then he can come for practices by playing few matches and then showing the real form in World Cup.

May be you are right .. But what is the fact ? What happend to rahul dravid ..though he is in form..they rested him for some matches and now he is not playing in ODI ...
BCCI is not sending the team for Asian games..
thats politics if you feel other way thats ok..
I felt that they are making an Exit plan for Tendulakr..
I get Sachin being rested. The man commands that respect for all his achievements. What's with Harbhajan's resting? Rest from what? From barely taking any wickets in the test series? The common refrain will be he bowled too many overs... yeah...with very little to show for it. Based on his test series showing he needs to bowl as much as he can to regain any semblance of bowling form.
Re: Dont get the point of resting Harbhajan

I think it is a politically correct term for dropping. I think they want to try out others since harbhajan is mainly a T20 player now a days.
