I have seen sachin's innings a little bit today. Why we keep on debating on sachin's capability and commitment. Let us recognise him as the best and most committed man in the world.

sachin plays for his personal records he is nothing to do with indias total mr arpit yes he was best on yesteryears but now only personal records are important for him

even after deciding to play for record it is not a easy to score a single 50, then 48 hundreds is a long dream...u need the class man..otherwise anyone will try to make records...I think people like you must not have played cricket to understand this small thing...first know the ABC of cricket and then comment

wonder if readers saw how dravid (supposedly the wall also the grand father) got out. standing bang in front of the wickets and unable to stop the slow ball from hitting his pads; looked like a beginner.this is our wall.well well well.......

poor chap dravid............100 is there for the taking....repeatedly missing it....any way, hasent played test cricket for a while this year...may be excused.......hey wait....he is certainly not a "flat pitch bully".....can score his hundred on any pitch , under any conditions against any attack....
sachin and raina two midgets; why don't we have players who have the look of players? why should they be dwarfs,plump,unshaven and sloppy. funny that even with this profile they make records.well.....

Sood is not very wrong. Unshaven face has become a fashion now but a pain for onlookers. Tendulkar is a gentleman cricketer and his wife Anjali at least tell him that he should have clean shave. He is no more a young player he is a grown up middle aged man.

I am not sure about best but I think ponting has very good 4th innings average of 52 against 36 of Sachin. But since last few years sachin is going up and ponting is going down. BTW I am not a sachin hater.

if you look at last 2 years , 4th innings record of sachin is 47 and 50 --- basically while batting the second time , his averege is 47 and 50 ... so yeah Surya go and die in a fire

dumbo go check Ponting's 4th innings stats. They are also very poor. So is Lara's stat poor in 4th innings.

you are speaking from ignaronce of 4th day/5th day conditions in india and australia.
did u know that in india only two chases have been above 250 sucessfully?
one is the 387 we saw at chennai.
asian pitches are nasty on 4th and 5th day(msotly) than non asian pitches which hold up better.
if you look at ponting's record, it comes under favourite conditions of australia and SA.SA is a second home for aussies.
the reason is ponting could cash in on better wickets in favourable conditions whereas tendulakr can't in asia which has nastier pitches over 4/5 days.
ponting has a heavy 60 and 50 average in aus and sa.that's the reason for his average.
i am urging mr tendulkar to retire from all aspects despite your century your century is only for your personal records. it is right time for you to have goodbye

how does that become a personal record? does the century not get counted in the team total? why each time he contributes a huge number of runs to the total there is a finger pointing at him? shame on us... rather than being proud that such an icon is born in our india, we only know to criticise.
