Muralitharan is a Hindu !!!
by suryanarayan bhaskar on Jul 08, 2010 12:04 PM

The greatest Batsman ever ( Sachin) and the Greatest bowler ( Murali ) ever are both Hindus and both are down to earth. India is the greatest country in the world because it is a Hindu country.

How can he be called a great bowler when his bowling action is itself suspect? Forget about the angle of bent arm checked on a machine in Australia etc.,His bowling action is not genuine.

Greatest spin bowler

muralitharan is the greatest spin bowler of all time.. or for that matter amoung all the bowler. his records will never get beaten. he still strikes fear amoung the batsmen, yet he is willing to retire at his peak. great to have a tamilian achieve so much even though from a different country. he is selfless cricketer.

All time is too far fetched, one of the very best is more appropriate. He will go down as one of the very greatest of all times,a bowler who could get wickets on any track ag any batting line up. Though he did not have a clean action, he had lots of variates and could fool the batsmen. His duels with Lara, Sehwag, Ponting, and Sachin will be remembered for a long time. No doubt he will be missed for he was not only a great bowler, but also a great character with a ready smile and ever engaging personality.

Was a wizard .....

in his prime. Controversial or not, he was incredibly difficult to face at his best. I'll have fond memories of Sachin playing him with such ease throughout his career, except for the Test series held in SL in 2008. Even in that series Sachin didn't struggle badly against him. Granted he didn't score many runs, but he didn't really struggle like he did in early 2006 against Pakistan in the Test series..

There is no need to hope. It is a certainty.

Murali will pick off the remaining wkts needed to get to 800 in no time at all.

Esp. our leaden-footed flat-track bullies like Yuvraj, who use their feet only in discotheques, not while batting in tests.

Only Sehwag will survive against Murali in his farewell test. The rest will have no clue, and will fold meekly.

India media is Recist: keeps harping about Murali being called
by Sameer Bhagwat on Jul 07, 2010 01:37 PM

Just compare this biased article to anything written by Indian media on that drug cheat Warne. They will gush about his looks, his hair, his lifestyle, and there will be no mention about his drug abuse, lies and womanizing.

Sheesh. Indians, esp. Northies, are wh1te-skin worshippers.

He is far from his best. I think he should have taken retirement 1 year back.
