we need all the experience line up for Bangladesh and try youngsters on SA / OZ lands. So that there records will get spoil and we will be back with old bowlers.
I congrutulate Mithun being selected for national squad and best of luck. And also thanks to national selectors. But i'm surprised why not considered Vinaykumar he is good pace bowler besides he can bat also at lower order. Vinaykumar promised consistencely since from 4 year. plz consider him also future series.
vinay should have also been selected for team india....he is the best domestic bowler in this season...bowls good line, good awaygoing deliveries...bowls long spells and highly consistent seamer...consistent performer over a period of time ...should have been selected at first place....
last 5 years, there were over 12-15 one day matches played in gujarath and 4-5 test matches. i am sure someone from BCC lobbying heavily for their state which is totally unfair. why media and other cricket fans are quite on this issue?
even small city nagpur hoist 2-3 one/test match every year.
at the same time in last 5 years, there were 3 matches in bengaluru, 2 in chennai and 3 in Hyderabad

Test matches should be held on 5-6 grounds of International Standards as in England, Australia, West Indies. One days can be held across the country.

I agree with you in essence, but doubt the standard of pitches in West Indies, the likes of Port Of Spain.

Anyone who watched the mumbai karnataka final or follows India domestic can say this dude is medium pace, not more than that. I wish him best of luck, but he aint fast bowler the way he is made to sound by ex test cricketers

I think u watched only one match..but i watched him bowl live at dead chinnaswamy pitch at bangalore....his ability is to get quick short pitch deliveries on flat pitches with good pace ...he hits the pitch with lot of power and energy and generates pace on dead pitches...consitantly got lot of wickets on flat pitches with pace...doesent have a great runup...puts a lot of energy on his deliveries...bowls great yarkers after quick short pitch deliveries....real surprise package for team india....good expected selection

Dude believe it Indian aint gonna give meadows to SA bowlers (remember what happened last time) this time around pitches are gonna turn. 2) No dravid meaning indian batting order has to be strengthened, so one can expect 4 bowlers only. 3) SAfricans are not good at countering spin. 4) No freebies for anyone in anycountry.

Ur wrong ...SA are the only team who surprisingly played realy well against india on indian pitches for quite a long time...they can effectively tackle harbajan and mishra...they that experience...the only chance for india is to prepare a sub standard deteriorating pitch which doesent hold for more than 3 days and finish a so called test match....reason....home pitch advantage.....let ICC take whatever decision on pitch condition...

I think the essence to winning matches would be good opening partnerships.
Our star pair needs to deliver the goods. Since THE WALL is not playing, there is added responsibility on the vice captain and Test number 1 player. I think Eden will produce a result in our favour.
I wish Mithun a best of luck. He is a fresh face in the Indian bowing attack which is lagging behind the competency to remain at number 1 for long period. Hope he may provide the impetus.

The coach should take care of his fitness if necessary deploy additinal staff for him to maintain the 140km plus and further advancement towards 150k. otherwise like others he will also come down near 130k

That is right. Even GR Vishwanath had warned him against this. He should not reduce his speed giving fictitious reasons.
