MILESTONE AFTER MILESTONE!!!!!
by bvpvishal on Dec 20, 2010 09:52 AM

It is great to see and celebrate Sachin reaching milestone after mileston .But I would always admire VVS Laxman more than sachin as his knocks saved India from the Jaws of defeat many times.

Laxman is very good batsman.. he did play great inninigs sometimes, in the context of present game his contribution is nothing, and we can't even attribute that the loss would be due to VVS, wherefore we cannot say he is a non-performer... Same applies to Sachin, he is greatest ever..

Sachin's 50th Century
by Dharmesh Natesan on Dec 20, 2010 09:50 AM  | Hide replies

The crucial un-asked question is in these
centuries, how many runs were 'run' and how
many were'scored(4's 6's )
How he compares in this with other earlier
"centurions"

On half century of century
by gokhale on Dec 20, 2010 09:46 AM

We are feeling proud of the great Indian player- Sachin Tendulkar who might have said on the cricket ground of Centurion that, it could be only Indian territory on the world map which allow one to creat such unachievable world record! He proved the name of centurian in South Africa for him as "Centurian" a kingdom of test ton and made history.

Sachin is still not out and all other batsmen are out.... he can not help the team by playing in both the ends to save this math...somebody should support him from other end too...dhoni did well...but finally his wkt caused the game... try to praise Sachin for his contribution so far....

exept dhoni none of them were willing to sweat it out with him...with ponting he found players at the other ends to carry along with him...so no comparison imagine india's scoires without 32000 runs tendulkar scored in his careers then comment...

not blaming him. His centuris have helped India only 2 times out of 10.

Compare that to Ponting or Steve Waugh whose centuries have helped Australia 8 times out of 10.

My dear for that you should also have a good bowling attack either to save or win a test match which Ponting and Steve Waugh had and India dosent. See the state of Ponting, except for the Perth test they are struggling. Ponting is not contributing at all.

If Sachin scores Century and all other batsman fail then what sachin can do. You cant blame others faliure on sachin. Where as when you say about pointing and waugh when ever they have scored century there other batsman has also performed. Its not that because of pointing and waugh only they have won the match. There bowling attack has always performed and thats why they have ruled as number one for such a long time.
Sachin is great, Sachin will be great for ever and ever.
Long live Sachin

what are you talking Mr.Aries
21 of his 50 centuries accounted for win. 18 of his centuries for a drawn cause.11 out of 50 (including 50th) resulted in loss. I dont know why you guys always comment on your assumptions

Playing For Records
by Baikaar on Dec 20, 2010 09:43 AM  | Hide replies

"I'm very happy that it came at this moment. Saturday was my father's birthday and so I dedicate this hundred to him," says Tendulkar putting back India's plight in the match.

So what if India loses, the LEGEND had achieved another milestone!

OK Sachin is playing for records, but what other batsmen are doing... what are they doing or have done for the team to win... OR decided much earlier that its not worth trying to save the match.

You are the epitome of perfection. It takes years of determination, perseverance, passion and the humility to get to a position where no one may ever reach. You are a legend and even God would agree ! You come as a ray of hope in a year filled with scams that makes us wonder... is there any hope? Play On Little Genius, the nation salutes you.
