Latest is here: Sri Lanka Cricket sources told Ada Derana that Lankan spinner Suraj Randiv has personally cleared out the misunderstanding with Indian batsman Virender Sehwag regarding yesterday’s no-ball incident. Meanwhile Sehwag in his official twitter page wrote, “Randiv came to my room and apologised,” The Sri Lankan Cricket Board has responded to the issue with the following press release:
“We are perturbed and disconcerted by the news reports which indicate that Virender Sehwag had been deliberately deprived of a reaching a century by Suraj Randiv bowling a no ball in the last over.
“Sri Lanka Cricket being winners of the ‘ICC Spirit of the game’ award for two consecutive years is extremely proud of its Team and their achievements and conduct both on and off the field, as such it is necessary to clear the good name of Sri Lanka Cricket and Sri Lanka as a sporting nation, on a priority basis.
“In this endeavor, Sri Lanka Cricket officials have requested the Sri Lanka National Team Manager, Mr. Anura Tennekoon, to conduct an immediate internal inquiry and forward a comprehensive report in this regard, where action will be taken accordingly.”
I agree with Kapil on this. As long as there is no match fixing, ball tampering or deliberate wrong decisions from umpire it is a good cricket. Sehwag will get century soon. This incident did not happen for Sachin otherwise Sachin hatters would have started shouting for his interest in centuries.

who the person u to tell Sachin fans? U morons deserve to be hanged if u guys talk about Sachin next time.
I think the bowler has not done anything wrong .he has that right to stop the batsman from scoring 100.But we must appreciate the batsman the manner in which he guides his innings. Finally we achieved the victory target.

Anil, tel me frankly had u seen d live footage??. If u havent dan dont write such nonsense, as sehwag is not a player who plays for centuries. Still yesterday d way he played yest he deserved a century.
Yes, Chandu Borde is right that rival teams do not give in under such circumstances but the means have to be fair.No one would mind if S/Randive had got Sehwag out at 99 or even a good ball out which he couldn't have scored.Well, there is always the 'spirit' of the game with which all are bound and it is just not possible to 'teach' the subtle differentiations.

sachin`s 175 agianst aus was much better than this 200.yet his 200 is regarded the best bcoz india won this game.if dhoni didn`t accelerated the run rate and saf would have chase down 370-380 total then of what use would have been sachin`s 200.
