Robin Uthappa deserves to be in. Everybody's performance in IPL was counted, but Robin Simply ignored. Rohit sharma and Useless Dinesh Kartik are surviving in the side surprisingly. BCCI is ruining career of Robin for some reason, as they did before with Hemang Badani, Sadagopan Ramesh, Vinod Kambli.

Really surprised to see Dinesh Karthik getting chances after chances even when he miserably failed. Ofcourse even Opposing teams also might be getting suprised. He is a not speacialist batsman. He doesn;t rotate and consumes lot of balls. Don;t know what else Dinesh Karthik has to do to get omitted from indian team. I don;t understand why cricketers like Robin Uthappa, Rahane, M Pandey, Rayudu, Abhishek Nair, M tiwari, S Tiwari, Dhawan are not getting the opportunities. It's unfortunate that Srikanth is showing too much regional feelings by selecting Tamil Nadu Players. But it's fortuntate that they keep on failing and putting more pressure on Srikanth. My only concern is WC2011 is coming up very fast. India chances will be reduced greatly with players Dinesk Karthik and Ashwin.

Still tamil nadu player mukand is automatic choice. But tiwary selected ahead of him

Mukund scored heavily against weak teams. We can ignore him. He is like another Vijay. Pujara, Dhawan, Rayudu, Tiwari can be given the opportunities. Thanks for the statistics. I agree with you that Pujara should be given the opportunity

For batting allrounder he must get atlease 40 . In nayar only got 26.72
Sri Lanka have proved they are worse than players from Pakistan. Sehwag deserved century. First Sanga lets go 4 byes and then Suraj bowls no ball to deny 100 to Virender. Absolutely shameless behaviour on part of Sri Lanka. Same way Greg Chappell asked his brother Trevor to bowl under arm of last ball.

It is Mukund by the way. Pujara deserves to be in this current Indian team. Pujara is a must for any format. Unfortunately Pujara is a victim of regional politics played by BCCI and selectors. Yes, Mukund is any day better than Murali Vijay, Badrinath and Dinesh Karthik.

these averages really count for nothing when the present crop of indian players call it a day india would struggle to make it to top 5 in the world ratings

Badri was the only guy who scored 50 in that match that too against Red hot Steyn, Morkel.. He will fit the team better than Yuvi for sure..
sehwag denied a 100 even after hitting a 6 on 99 BShhhhhittttt runs are counted only after the delivery is completed be it no balls , wide balls , byes , runs scored of the bat , pad etc
when that idiot bowled the no ball ind score became 171 however that score would be 171 only " after a legitimate illegal delivery is bowled" else that ball would have been a dead ball had he not completed the delivery
same way sehwag scored the 6 on that delivery itself the score shd have been 177
y shd the batsman be robbed of any runs he scores of the bat ????????????? although the team wins on a no ball it is not a dead ball
i think, unless the ball is in alive condition till the batsman hits it n scores a run or a six. that ball did nt become dead till the strike of sehwag.
so sehwag shud get century from the last ball he faced.
if the century denied is for viru, then ppl dont bother much without murmuring much.
but if the same incident had happpened to sachin being denied a century, then ppl n all media with all battery of commentators, wud hv cried foul play from lankans.
but for incident happened with viru, others r soft n not raising the issue seriusly.
