the whole idea of league cricket is brain child of subash chandra duly executed by Mr. Kapil Dev
Lalit modi & co took the cream by introducing IPL
now if BCCI should make Kapil Dev the commisionar of IPL- he is a true legend- a leader by all means

Kapil is a honest and a clean man. These corrupt people would not allow him to operate peacefully. We still respect the legend for his contribution and the credit for all entertainments on IPL really goes to him.

It is unfortunate that Kapil/Subash's venture did not take off. But that happens in business- no point in raking the past! However, Kapil did burn bridges with BCCI.

On the last few occasions, Bal Thackeray has been talking sense. It would have been better to have a cricketer in place of Lalit Modi. It could have been a universally respected non-controversial and unbiased cricketer like Kapil Dev, Mohinder Amarnath or Venkataraghavan.

The IPL chief is not expected to play cricket. He/ She has to have the business acumen. I am sure the average level of cricket amongst business in India is more than enough. Just like great players like Kapil and Sachin never made good captains, there is a difference here.

If we go by Thackerey's rantings even Dravid is a Maharashtrian because he married one. If at all of any relevance Dravid's pedigree is from Tanjore, nowhere close to MH. But that is what parochial feelings is all about and nutjobs like Balasaheb keep faning it!

Pataudi is from Hyderabad. Shastri's name was included only with Mumbai Manoos perspective. It is as though rest of India's contribution to cricket is zero. When it comes to a business proposition, everyone even in great Mumbai knows no one can beat a Gujju! If Thackerey has the Ba..s why doesn't he ask someone other than Ambani to own the Mumbai team?

On what basis, you made your mind that Balasahev makes fuss. You must be unaware of ground reality. Postingns posted by you itself shows that you just blindly watch hindi news channel, you do not use your own brain to judge whether whatever is showing on newschannel is correct? Did you ever try to find out the real facts? If no, come to Mumbai, stay for some time and experience. I am sure you would probably notice the different side/face of Shiv-sena & Mr. Baalasaheb.

Mr. Hyderabad, my dear friend, it shows that you have thorough research on Baalsaheb. but most important thing is that you did not complete your research without higlight the facts of 93 riots in Mumbai. My dear friend, you says "If your father rapres your wife, will you still love him", I am quite surprise to see your this type of postings in public. My dear friend, if that could have been truth, why did more than 80 shiv-sanikis lost their life while fighting against the peoples who were raping hindu girsl and womens. The people like you and me were sleeping, but shiv-sena's nights were sleepless during riots. On what basis my dear friend you are asking me "why i m getting emotionl? I have met personally few of them who were eye-witness of 93 riots. My kind request to consider them in your research before commenting on Mr. Baalasaheb. Secondly, you say he destroyed textile industry, but the fact of matter is that

When Mr. Datta Samant - a union leader was killed, first doubt was at Mr. Baalasaheb and at Owner of Mafatlal. Rumours were there that Mafatlal Management team utilized Mr. Balasaheb to Kill Datta Samant? Morever, Shiv-sena were nowhere in the picture. Morever, for your updates, no industry has gone out of Maharashtra and the fact of matter is that Maharashtra is consitently progressing. Foreign direct investment are considering Maharashtra as their best choic beacause the skill, talent that Maharashtra has produced ever. Our indian states too have that talent and still priority to set up industry is given to Maharashtra. I respect Mr. Baalasaheb, beacuse I have all news that were published in 93 and Hindu's were safe in Mumbai as beacuse of Shiv-sena. But most hurting me is what that you comment based on the news published by Hindi & English News channels who are paid by congress Party ruling India and Maharashtra as well. In fact, Maharashtra has recorded its maximum investment during Shiv-sena's ruling days - 95 to 99.

The more you hate Baalasaheb, I will love you more beacause if someone hates Baalasaheb, my love for him keep on increasing. Thanks for your hate. It makes me proud that I am a strong supporter of Shiv-sena. Histroy repeats that there is no value to the person who always talks truth and fact. Baalasaheb and shiv-sena is idel example of this. You would keep on natrually supporting the peoples like kasab, mulla mahasud.
