The Police Commissioner is worried that he might lose his job or get a tough posting because of the politicians involved in IPL. He should be happy because an unfortunate bomb blast during the match would surely be more inconvenient for the Police Commissioner.

Its because this years IPL is f1xed for Mumbai. Mumbai Team has been given tons of favor from IPL organizers this year.
