Can anybody tell me that; is there any hope for KKR now with this win today ? or mathematics of other team will play a role even if KKR wins the next match ?

Yes.DC has to go down miserably to DD. CSK to loose KXI. Then KKR has to beat this 20 Pointer MI with gain in run rate who has lost only 3 league matches to average past deccan.MI need to play blind cricket with KKR with their current form.

It seems obvious what you say.MI is playing excellent cricket.KKR has the lowest chance to reach semi-final.MI match winning can give them a satisfaction but it will be a difficult win.Probably supporters are hoping as today they have won but semi final berth seems remote possibilty.Some other teams has to play careless cricket which may not happen now.
Yet another half century for Sourav Ganguly this IPL. He's surely set eden gardens on fire. I wish their other batsman would have performed as well as him. Had that been,they would surely have qualified for the semi's. As of now KKR is a one man army.

It is only Sourav who performed (Mathews and Tiwari played well in only 2 games) for KKR in IPL 3 !! It shows what a fighter he is. He was not playing cricket for last 1 year and yet scoring so many runs and by far the best fielder in entire IPL 3. Kudos to Sourav!!! Even half of Sourav's commitment by other players would have placed them at least in 2nd place.
