IT officials are always satisfied-refer Madhu Koda.
by mammen antony on Apr 16, 2010 12:05 PM

Check the history of IT raids for the last 25 years. Can you pin point a single instance where any swindler or defrauder was convicted. This is India, the republic placed at 17th prestigious position for the most corrupt Nations list. There is nothing that differentiate India and Swath valley. Both are exactly like the Identical twins-Culturally, Socially, religiously, anarchically, emotionally, and filthily. Can we boast of any superiority in any of the aforesaid characteristic? These are not mere semantics or rhetorics but realisms. And the most distressing factor is that, nothing can be done to ameliorate the already terminal illness afflicted the Nation.Things will degenerate from now on and the tempo of its erosion will sooner pick up as the number Kodas and Modis grows and their acquittals increases. It has gone too far to make a comeback. There is no light visible at the other end of the tunnel. It is Dark and the darkness is getting thicker and thicker and it really suffocates

How many free Passes Change hand.
by shyam m on Apr 16, 2010 12:00 PM

I won't be surprised if officials had just gone to meet Modi to arm twist him and get some free passes for the IPL Semi and Finals. In the 8 hours spent, they might have negotiated for free Flight Charges, Accommodation and invitation to post match parties for themselves and their families. What they might have succeeded in getting would be directly propositional to the extent of information regarding IPL auctions that Modi would like to keep a secret.

IT officials satisfied after inquiry: Lalit Modi

One must hand it to Politicians, even the neo ones like Tharoor. They know how to wriggle out of any kind of situation. In the case of the Kochi team, Tharoor just used the name of Narendra Modi and he has been spared the sack.

Tharoor didn't say anything about Modi. The Rendezvous team did.

India should BAN cricket
by vijaya kumar on Apr 16, 2010 11:56 AM  | Hide replies

India should BAN cricket for 3 years in all forms. Only students upto the age of class 12 be allowed to play friendly matches.
India should focus on other sports.
Watching cricket 20 TWENTY is like watching a cinema as everything is shooting and nothing else. All the players are sold and bought. They get money to get out in zero.
We should stop cricket and ban cricket.

Cricket and sex are equally important in India. Are you willing to keep away from sex?

Typical Indian response to any issue. Stopping of Cricket is not the solution. Yes, there could be some moderation.
