EXCUSE INVENTING MACHINE
by shobha on Oct 28, 2009 10:01 AM

DHONI=EXCUSE INVENTING MACHINE
MSD=EIA
Dhoni finds excuses for every match and pushes off responsibility to some one whenever he looses. Over all he is also a crying baby. Not a honest and good leader. Well acceptable to BCCI because all are jokers.

Orient Mystique
Indian Team I would like to see
by Orient Mystique on Oct 28, 2009 09:38 AM  | Hide replies

This is the team I would like to play for India in the current ODI series against Australia (atleast from the third match):
(In batting order)

Gautam Gambhir
Virender Sehwag
Suresh Raina (None else is a good fit at No.3)
Robin Uthappa (because of current form)
Rohit Sharma (because of potential)
M S Dhoni (Indispensable as captain)
Abhishek Nayar (Medium pace allrounder)
Pragyan Ohja (Best spinner on current form)
Praveen Kumar
Sudeep Tyagi (will be better than Ishant Sharma in ODIs)
Ashish Nehra (shown ability to take wickets recently)

Notes: Bhajji is eminently dispensable. His bowling has been a flop show both at home and abroad and he returns meaningful figures only once in 12-15 matches. Anyway Viru, Rohit and Raina can bowl some overs of off spin!

Ishant needs to be nurtured and groomed to play in tests. His height and lack of variation are clear disadvantages in ODIs.

Raina must play at No.3. If he comes in late with only a few overs left, he is required to sacrifice himself in pursuit of big hits.

One does not remember when it was last that Tendulkar scored 50 at a healthy strike rate of 90 or more, when batting second and facing a target of 250 or more. It is time he retires gracefully.

Viru may be unpredictable but the fear he creates in the opposition with his destructive ability is an advantage not to be lost anytime.

can anyone suggest any good name for captaincy ...
i'll tell u smthing

1.yuvi will b flop straightway
(in batting not by captaincy)

2.viru will b flop in both,may b he'll bat smday..

3.gambhir has shown what he is not capable of in CL T-20 this year

4.i doubt about harbhajan ,coz may b he'll slap smbody if they dont listen

5.zaheer can't b good 1 coz he is injured half of the time

6.dont even think about sachin,he was flop

so what i can say is may be all other players are winning it 4 dhoni but at the same time they r doin it becoz they r not capton

all these players are great only when they play with free mind ...

so unless n untill u have good replacement for dhoni
(both capton n WK)u cant throw him out,i hope our old dhoni returns(183 wala)

npower play...
by Shreehari Bhat on Oct 27, 2009 11:22 AM

powerplay should be taken at the end of the game nearly at 43rd over when you are chasing 293..at 34th over stage dhoni should have thought abt building the partner ship..one thing he has to remember that power plays are not only meant for getting runs but also it gives the oppoortunity to opposition to get wicket...

DHONI -A GOOD CAPTAI
by senthilkumar on Oct 27, 2009 09:43 AM

Hey guys dhoni has good captainship skills...so he should be in the team..the problem for dhoni now is he himself thought him as a batsman..he favour with some players like r.jadeja,R.P Singh...thats all..

dhoni is in the team purely for his captainship skills..first he should understand that...if team need better batsman, there is so many players in domestic cricket..

Dhoni started giving excuse for paper tigers
by Ram V on Oct 27, 2009 02:29 AM  | Hide replies

India may have big names in paper like Segwag, Sachin, Gambhir, Dhoni...but finally Kumar and Harbhajan showed what the paper tigers lacked.

Dhoni should stop giving excuses and try to get his magic touch back before it is too late

Winner AUz will remove few player off circulation not to overheat
by D S on Oct 26, 2009 08:48 PM

Cant india rest Dhoni for few matches???

Winner AUz will remove some injured and few ok player off circulation such as not to overheat and overexpose them. Try to win with new combination and use their full power for later.

Cant india rest Dhoni for few matches???

IT WILL UNITE INDIANS when Dhoni delegates his captain position for few matches.

WHy have they kept Karthik so far away!!! No WK.
So dhoni is their ghaadhaa for every match???

Until he is kicked out unceremoniously
