India's performance is not consistent since they won the ODI & Test series in New Zealand the only reason behind it the lack of Team sprit. The way they played for each year as consolidate unit was unique before T-20 world cup. Thereafter some rumours of rift between Dhoni & Sehvag and other players broke the morale of team and that affected the team at all.
Player like Ravindra Jedeja is not fit for any type of International formats. He is only fit for domestic tournaments (Ranji, Dulip etc). His selection is a big blunder by the selctors. He got several opportunities but never performed well in International Matches (remember the T20 world cup matches). Abhishek Nayar or Rohit Sharma was better options than him.

I think RJ should be used as a specialist spinner rather than an allrounder. It would be preferable to bring him down the order, say, 8th or 9th.
Dhoni has to return to his old hitting style (He is not able to hit the ball, even in T20, which burdens other players) and move himself down the order. If he still want to do the roll of accumulator, he better prompts himself to number 3, and shall be responsible for holding one end. Playing the role of accumulator in No.5 is not working.
He has to concentrate more on captaincy and wicket keeping. As a captain, he has to able to devise strategy for every opponent batsman, and have atleast 3 plans (plan A, plan B and plan C) to get the batsmen out.

Before he signed all these commercials he was batting differently. Now he has added responsibility as brand ambassador, which means he has to be at the crease for more time. This makes it difficult for him to think what is better for the team.
players like rp sing, raina, rohit sharma ishant sharma shows good performance in IPL but not in interntatinal cricket, does money makes where exactly dey have to play well?????????
I hope that Captain Dhoni, the selectors and the administrators don't blame Sourav Ganguly for yesterday's loss !! Sourav used to be a favourite scapegoat of many a people during his playing days !!

Best remove dhoni from captiancy and bring some one like YV give him a chance how he perform or make sit dhoni for one series and bring mohmmad kaif make him captian and let see how he perform
