so lets call back lara to score the 800 runs to get ahead of tendulkar,sorry then he will have to score some 7000 runs he is behind tendulkar in one dayers netter hurry up in calling him back or else he'll be 60 when he reached tendulkar.

might be he got inspired by seeing sachin fail another time & still continuing to play for the team
I think it is good time for Rahu Dravid to score 300 plus or even can be possible 400 on the second day play. They way he played it looks how much he is technically sound. I like his classy.....We shoul win this match...

Its one of the classic pitch where they sprinle water from underneath with shock absorbing cushion sort of layers. Whatever condition the match is a day before, when you turn on a new day, again the pitch would be like you never played on it. One of the best pitches in that stadium.......haha....all jokes....why do you want to know the state of the pitch....match fixing??

I am happy with this news. This needs to be seen in light of India's huge jump in other sports like boxing, shooting, tennis, golf, chess etc n less focus on just two games- cricket n hockey like Pakistan(Sadly Pakistan no longer produces good squash players).
Sachin is still great. But what about Ganguly. Running into the ground with Shirts and Banians cant make a player agressive. Ganguly should have learnt from dravid and tendulkar. But poor guy...Ganguly..ruins his life with false aggression.
An innings and a situation that only Dravid can play in.
Sorry Sachin fan's, in the given situation in 20 years of cricket Sachin has never played a knock like this.Sachin is too talented for his own good in situations like his. He has 4-5 shots for every ball, and that can be a problem. Dravid has only one shot for every ball, but he plays that better than anyone and that's the difference between Sachin and Dravid.

the point is how many innings u seen of sachin in these 20 years i still remember india very close to defeat in england whn one young lad scored a century and helped india draw that match at old traford.wht u saying now ur son will say after 20 years whn he will see another batsman score in this type will say i never seen dravid scoringin this fashion. so the moral from ur post is that how bad ur memory is.

Y u want to compare. Both play their role efficiently. You just see the game and enjoy. If you want to praise some1, then do that, never compare. Before comparing think yourself if you can be compared to be a person a notch above U. U cann't ryt. Then, just sit in some corner of the house eating popcorns and enjoy the game.

Dravid is lot smarter in his shot selectio and so is Dhoni, Sachin is not. Sachin is extremely talented but sorry he is just poor in his shot selection..
The latest example is that ODI where he scored 175 odd and he had bowlers at his heet, he decides to play high risk paddle swipe and got out at the wrong time. I am not saying we lost that ODI because of Sachin, Sachin actually made that lose much closer than it could have been.. The point is, he could have won that game single handadly for his country had he stuck to his more conservative shots..

Its known fact sachin cant carry the innings does'nt mean he is not a match winner. He erverytime gives platform which others dont capitalise. Its upto the mangagement to know this.

mr studdooo sardar...that was a slower delivery which foxed him...had it been a 130-140 km delivery it wud have gone flying down to the boundary because there was no fine leg.
Dravid , truly great for several reasons. With no one including the media ( infact, they are anti as most are Dada,s paid chamchas)against him he has fought every inch on every possible ground breaking several records but always humble and never went anywhere outside cricket world to focus on his abilities speaks volume about this person whom I consider the most responsible crickeyer/ sportsperson India has ever produced
