I think it is only poetic justice that Dravid played the way he did today, when all eyes were on Sachin. Dravid has for too long been a brides-maid. Today, he got what he truly deserves! Kudos to him. We want to see more such knocks from him.
The great wall is going with such an form when he can play 20-20 so well, tests 177 @ that strike rate he surely deserves to be in ODI without any recommendation. Should be an automatic choice. He being middle order batsman in ODI amassed 10,765 at an average of 39.43. WHY BCCI/MUMBAI LOOBY MAKE HIM TO SIT OUTSIDE IN ODI. Should he not get equal respect like Sachin. AS MANY SAY, MANY MAGAZINES SAID BECUASE HE NO NONSENSE MAN, TRUELY PATRIOTIC A SELFLESS MAN DELCARED INNINGS WHEN SACHIN WAS DRAGGING AT 190 REACHING DOUBLE CENTURY WHICH HE RUBBED POWERFUL CRICKETER AND HE HIS NOW FACING IT. IS IT SO?????
yes he was slow in the begining of his career and the cricket played at that time is diffrent than todays....ya there were jaysuriya and tendulkars..but after the tour of newzealand 1998..he became one of fastest scorers in one day cricket..he made most of his hundreds at a strike rate of 100 or near to it or more than it..i had seen some of the blistering innings from him..then wht the hell u all call him a test batsman..he scored over 10 thousand runs in onedayers and its not a joke...when players like raina, yuvraj etc not put price at their wickets it hurts...whn dhoni used to play mindgames with players like sreesanth, dinesh, especially south indian cricketers...it hurts...dravid was the person who utilised pathan more..and groomed players like raina...

Who is that useless, nonsense fellow commenting on darvid's ability in one day cricket..? look at the result of Aus series....without dravid paid the prise by loosing the series against second grade aus team...shame on BCCI shame on selectoors shame on team think tank for dropping Dravid..
I am ardent admirer of Dravid and actually waiting for big innings from him. Wish him to get double hundred. Specially this innings coming son after Tendulkar's magnificient 175, shows two great batsmen of our era are going strong.
