sachin never said that someone should praise him for his way of playing or for records...the media has got no news hence has gone bizzare in promotion sachin @ 20... how does it matter to a cricket loving fan as to where he met anjali and how he proposed and how they had dinner... media instead of focussing on such poor gimmicks should better concentrate on quality like cnn or bbc...way to go... perhaps pranab,burka,rajdiep,arnab,boria,sagarika,etc are listening...

buddy..wakeup....paes was in grand slam finals..but this news was not behind him becos paes knows its just a match..even federer or sampras was not behind media becos they know wat they r...but sachin will pay these media ppl for this junk stuff....sports lost is professionalism becos of him....
wat is the big deal if he celebrates 20 yrs of cricket...he has not a world cup till date...most of the world cups we lost becos of him...he is not even a decent captain.....he is a guy who cant play under pressure....

kambli didn't given chances. he's the only player has better averages in tests ..54.2. he made 2 double hundreds with in his 17 tests. if he have got a chance, he would have done better too. blame azhar.

What the shit your are talking About. Kambli Didnt Get a chance. Even though He get a chance His performance was not good.
Can you observed the experience... Sachin got Lots of experience as he got Chances.
Its a matter of Chances and converting those chances into an excellent performance.
Everybody saw Gr8 performance so nobody liked Kambli work even though he played good for very short time.
Bottom Line You can not Say Sachin is GOD as Kambli is Devil.

Where does country come here? Cricker is a private game governed by a private commercial profit making company called BCCI supported by comoanies. This game is not recognized by any sporting event the world and Cricket tournaments are privately organized as entertainment events in 9-10 countries in the world.
BCCI is not part of SAI or Minsitery of Sports, so cricketers do not represent India.
Anyway, Tendulkar plays brillaintly on flat pitches full of runs, but fails miserably on tough pitches and in tough circumstances he has melted like a candle.
