I really agree that Sachin should concentarte more on Test as he is not more explosive or danger before he was.If he retire from India it will be helpfull for youngsters like Mohit Kumar under 19 player who scored 280 runs of just 88 delivires with 29 fours and 16 sixes

Sachins value can be seen on sporting pitches like the one at Kotla. All the finals India won in last year or two, Sachin was the MOM.
Atleat to me, Sachin is VIP & match winner in ODI but not that great in Test
keep up te gud spitits, as far as sachin z concerned he z te best n will b so... oll te other team players r doina grt job for india.. after oll our captian dhoni z te best ff oll...
SACHIN IS A GREAT PLAYER. BUT NOW TIME HAS COME WHERE HE SHOULD CONCENTRATE MORE ON TEST MATCHES & LEAVE ONE DAYERS FOR YOUNGSTARS. SEHWAG & GAMBIR SHOULD OPEN AS THEY ARE FUTURE PAIR FOR INDIA.
Karthik is a good replacement for the injured parties.. at the present scenerio he is a better batsman and fieldsman than the oldie sachin... players like Murali vijay, A Mukund, should be considered in place of sachin or jadeja.
Indians need a coach to face short balls well and milk runs out of them. They are getting hit too many times. One never hears this with batsman from other countries.

Hello, Gambhir was hit while fielding. it was infact a short ball from the bowler.

At least I am far better than avg ishant/pravven/bhajji. they are always in team just beacuse friend of dhobi.
It's a big blow if sehwag & gambhir doesn't play tommorow,especially the unavailability of sehwag on a good batting track.Let's see how will be the approach of india tomm
Why Dinesh Karthik?Seems our selectors cant see anyone beyond Dinesh Karthik despite the fact that he has done nothing worthwhile so far!There are far better batsmen and who has been amongst runs of late who are being ingnored - M. Vijay/A.Mukund...seems Karthik is the latest Ajit Agarkar who enjoys constant patronage and blessings of our selectors!!

That blessing applies more on all NI palyers like Ishant/praveen/Bhajji/raina/rp etc. They continue in team without any performance just because friend of dhobi. Agarkar was much better than these club level political dhobi friends.

Agree. The selectors need to have a more open mentality to give chances to other deserving people, instead of retesting the same guys!
My guess is, the selection is influenced by Dhoni and co. as well.

Because laloo dhobi is captain, u can see players like Praveen/raina/ishant/bhajji/RP etc always in team while dravid/laxman/rohit sharma/nayar/sreeshant always out. Don't blame srikanth. Its politician dhoni who is doing all type of politics. Even if kartik comes, dhoni will not allow him to play for more than one match as he knows that kartik is better wicketkeeper & batsman than him. He can be hero only on flat pitch & weak bowling.
