Gilly has to firein remaining matches. he has scored less than 20s in last 6 matches. agreed he got bad decision yesterday, but his play for long is essential specially when gibbs hs been dropped. catching also needs to be improved. suman is culprit and is dropping sitters. suman is too raw to expect a long innings from him.
Last year, Rohit Sharma proved what a classy batsman he is. Gambhir as well showed his class last year.
This year, RP Singh has proved that he will be India's best pace bowler at least in T20s. This year, IPL has also thrown up Suresh Raina as a destructive T20 batsman. Another two players with great potential are Suman and Bilakhia.
Hope all these players live up to their potential and do the country proud in national colours.

Yup! He has time and technique to play his shots. Rohit and Suman are amazing talents.I like Azhar Bilakhia too.
gangoli should b droped tode, he have not a position for playing 11. whenever he is doubtful , media support him and blame on coach - captain, ganguli is the man who influence team crackers. he is very selfish he just want captainship.
i think kkr must kick to ganguli and buckanan who both destroy kkr. and giving a captanship to whch playr who is in shadow like murtza and others.
Rather than comparing peoploe lets enjoy the DLFIPLT20 game and have a rocking time.Let dhoni and BCCI decide the team for world cup and other t20 matches.
After seeing Deccan's thrashing of Royals yesterday, it looks like Deccan has a very good chance to lift the Cup. Suman, Gilchrist, Sharma, Symonds and Venu plus the very dangerous Smith look a very strong batting lineup. Add Vaas, RP, Ojha and Symonds plus the golden arm of Rohit and this looks a formidable team.
I feel, Delhi and Hyderabad will make the finals on current form. I like Chennai as well but their bowling is little weak.

some grey areas of DC Gilly losing form for last 6 matches. suman throwing wicket in 20s. inconsistent batting form of rohit sharma . if they can address these, thay can go all the way.

Great decisions by Gilly: 1.Dwayn Smith in place of Gibbs 2.Using Symonds as medium pacer 3.C.Vaas inclusion

Exactly, it all boils down to using the right combination with ideal batting / bowling positions.
Vaas and Symonds looked unplayable yesterday. Plus Smith and Venu tailor made for IPL.

I hope DC wins the cup. but DC has a history of being intimidated by big strong teams esp in crunch situations. that is where chennai and DD will score. so DD followed by chennai and third DC are the top three contenders.
