Firstly I would like to highlight the reasons for the dismal performance of KKR Team:-
(i)Appointment of John Buchanan as the coach. Buchanan illustrous past is not necessarily a result of his performance as a coach. He had a good team which did not need a coach.Do any of us remember the name of the coaches of the mighty West Indies in the seventies and eighties..??? Then why this new found fascination for coaches??? Coaches are necessarily only for their advisories...
(b) Shah Rukh Khan got carried away so much that one opposition to the theory of 04 captains propounded by Buchanan,from the Indian Great Sunil Gavaskar, he had to retort suggesting that Gavaskar has no right to comment on it.The day is not far of when S R K will undress the movie buffs of their right to comment on his movies. He will have a ready reckoner--if you want to do things better PRODUCE A MOVIE, akin to what he told Gavaskar...BUY A TEAM.
(c) The dirty politics SRK did to justify sidelining Sourav Ganguly. He should have had the guts like Shri. Vijay Mallya. It is after all his team.He did not have to wait to reach the shores of South Africa to announce the captaincy of Brendom Mcullum.What were the credentials of Mcullum that justified his captaincy. I can understand that there are a few who feel that Sourav doesnt fit the bill...but what about Gayle?? He is a captain of an international team already..But...the Ausies were always antognostic about people who do not sport the white skin..

CONTINUATION OF THE MESSAGE Have we forgotten the treatment meted to Muralitharan in Australia..What was his fault?? The Australians do not fail to attack the person who they feel disregard / can upstage them...ARYAN SUPREMACY THEORY...Something knocks??? Can you not recollect the multi-pronged attack on Sourav after Greg Chappel....the legacy continues till today.Shane Warne did in the first IPL...John Buchanan continues it....
(d) How do we expect Kolkata to win?? What about the morale of the team when the Captain is replaced in a foreign soil. And by a person who does not know the names of the team players well....
ONLY GOD CAN SAVE THIS TEAM
I am sure S R K will now be searching for a BUYER. He does not deserve to run a team..

Guy's u r not simply understanding....... Buchanan not even giving opportunities to Indians, macculum is failing still he is opener, brad hodge scoring with low strike rate still he is one down, when Indians will came to for batting in the over 20th after 4 wicket down. he is simply demoralizing Indian players & want 10 foreign players out of 11. IPL is made to find and giving opportunities to Indian domestic player and not for all players of out side India. Buccanan is simply hurting Indian cricket and our indians(SRK) are helping to him.

Cmon man i am a north indian and i am proud of sourav ganguly's captaincy for india he was not a parochial bengali captain he backed players for every state he has 19000 INTL runs 4 indian not for pakistan think like an indian man
Captaincy series wins abroad against quality opposition Pataudi one series win Bedi and Wadekar 2 Series wins each against mighty of their times. Azar Ganguly one each against quality oppositiom
but Ganguly Captaincy only series win gainst PAK abroad was shared so credit is devided between Dravid and Ganguly. Dhoni and Gavaskar one each against mighty side of their times Australia. Verdict- Ganguly was not most successful captain as projected by eastern journo and fans. As he captained for much lomger time with support of then Dalmiya. But he could not achieve what Bedi, Wadekar, Dhoni, Gavaskar achieved in shorter duration as captain.
MESSAGE FOR SRK for rebuilding the KKR team for IPL3:
1) Sack Ganguly, Agarkar and Buchanan 2) Hire ARUN LAL as coach 3) Retain Brendran McCullum as captain 4) Bring in Jonty Rhodes as Fielding Coach 5) Bring in Manoj Tiwary from Delhi Daredevils(like the Uthappa: Zaheer khan swap between RCB and MI) 6) Get in hard hitting Bangladeshi batsman Mohammed Ashraful at the next auction.
Delhi hand Kolkata another thrashing.. feels like kolkata people got beaten up to pulp by our own delhi people !!! Is that what the heading means ? Why can't media present the news in simple language..... Why does everything need so much exaggeration ?
There is a reason why India was ruled over by invaders throughout history. We are a bunch of sell outs for the fairer skin. KKR's owner is no different, just look at how many Indian coaches are there in IPL? "zilch". I have a question for you all, do you think if the US or Europe for that matter Australia were to invent the next big thing, how many Indian guys will be heading it? why for that matter, do you have any idea how few Indians actually control things at the top even in the US today that too in a field where they excel!. Do not kid yourself guys, the organizations sees skillful people as only workers, which is what Buchanan and the rest of the players are, they are working for the Indian Premier League which caters to the customers which is the Indian people. They get paid for showcasing the talent period. If they continue to take over at the helm, Buchanan will convert it into Foreign players's league (that is why he does not let any Indian bat, and he now wants more than 4 in the team). All this will be done with our money and our viewing interest. It is one thing to dream being a superpower but another to actually be one and more importantly act like one. It is high time "made in India" needs to mean something most importantly to all the team owners. And for us Indians, keep that in mind when you cast your vote too if you know what I mean.
