Then Modi ____________
by Rajeev Rai on Mar 20, 2009 06:05 PM  | Hide replies

Then Modi will ask Bullet proof Clothes for Players, bullet proof bats, balls, and guards.

Scrap this IPL, IPL is good for nothing. IPL should organise all these things, Govt should not support IPL.

You know what nothing will fall even if elections are not conducted. It is the same scumbags who are gonna comeback and swindle this country. Atleast with cricket we can have some joy and fun which this election between theives, perverts and idiots will not provide

bullet proof vehicles by IPL
by Ajit Dighe on Mar 20, 2009 05:44 PM

Is it really necessary. Govt has ctegoricaly advised BCCI not to go ahead with IPL but on deaf ears. Rightly the important event during the period is the elction most crucial for our democratic countr. IPL can wait.

Heights of stupidity!
by Ravi Challam on Mar 20, 2009 05:35 PM  | Hide replies

Lalit Modi is going crazy with bullet proof vehicles. A sheer waste of money (btw, it is yours and mine, the tax payers) and in the present economic scenario, it is a most stupid move. The government should be firm and tell Modi and his goons that enough is enough. The world will not end if IPL is not held this year. The IPL should put India first and above cricket.

Can we support Lalit's adventure which may cost India blackout of cricket if any thing bad happens.

World is raising serious questions about the security in India which is as similar as in Pakistan. Terrorism can vanish all international sports from this region. Indians are die hard fans of cricket and Modi's irresponsible attitude can blow the cricket's future in India.. To tell u in short, Modi is after money, he least cares about India and the people of India

The heights of stupidity is yoo. So according to you only a terrorist attack during IPL will garner world attention..other attacks are of no importance and go unobserved. Who the hell cares about crickets future, think of the future of the regular people first.

The terrorists are more innovative than others. They dont repeat the same idea again. All these costly ideas [after the event?] show lack of imagination. Advance actionable intelligence and ruthless State action against Terror bases [whereever they are] only can minimise Terror. We cannot expect this
from Votebank Governments who for votes
will sell the country's interests!!

Lust for money makes people like Lalit
Modi and others talk like this. Why should you have IPL amidst Election time?
The idea of having Elections for a Month itself is sickening!

Just wait, now Mr Modi would demand 500 bullet proof vests for IPL officials, all IPL players and the other business fellows.

How does it matter if the IPL can happen after the polls, Is the IPL is more important than the nation ?

BCCI MATCHES ARE ENOUGH, NOW WE DON'T NEED IPL MATCHES, IPL IS CREATED TO COUNTER ATTACK' ZEE TV ICL, HENCE, DISSOLVE, IPL AND MODI. ICL SHOULD BE GIVEN RECOGNIZATION IF NOT BY ICC, BY GOI.
