Yousuf should open the innings with Gambhir. He is the best replacement for Viru. Coz he can be as explosive as Sehwag.
Rohit is scoring good, but normally he needs some balls to start while opening. He can be best utilized in later overs (Post 12), and he proves that well.

not in the least....the place of opener belonged to a delhi guy...so only delhi guy should be given the opportunity...if no one is there then ishant sharma should be given the chance to open
It seems evident that why dhoni placing himself at no 3 .....he is paid by reebok a hefty amount and obviously they want to show their add in the middle.

TAKE MY WORDS, INDIA WILL LOSE MINIMUM 2 MATCHES OUT OF 3 IN SUPER 8'S AND DHONI IS GOING TO COME @ NO. 3 AND SPOILS THE MATCH FOR INDIA. Only INDIA had a chance to reach finals but MR.MS.dhoni IS SPOILING FOR INDIA
bangladesh and ireland...two minnows kept in india group so that india could qualify for super 8...this was done to protect the intrest of india which is a big cricket market...what a shame...

bangladesh beat both india and pokistan in the past and ireland also plays well beating pommies. first try to learn the basics before blsbbering. now pokistan is placed in an easy group so that they can reach the semis what a shame!!!!
Isnt as per the original schedule, India supposed to play B2, i.e. PAkistan as per the orginal schedule. Instead we have A1, B1, C2 and D1 in our group. Funny or is it I am missing something out here

in super 8 matches, matches r organized on the basis of ICC ranking n not WC ranking.means even if india could b able to win only 1 match, it would b A1 and ireland would b A2.if bdesh n ireland had qualified then bdesh would b A1 and ireland would b A2. same for other groups.

dhoni made huge mistake of not giving enough opportunity to raina in the group matches... going into super 8 raina is still not tested... T20 is al about scoring at fast pace and form...dhoni cannot match in both compared to raina...still he irritates all viewers coming at 3.
charu sharma in commentary was equally critical about dhoni at 3

If pitch assist seamers then Raina should come at 3. If pitch is flat then Dhoni should come at 3 because a wicket collapse in top order on a flat pitch will push India to a definite loss. Dhoni is intelligent to rotating strike and hold one end on a flat wicket and batsman at other side can play freely his shots.

You are dead right about Dhoni's intelligence! Why should one worry when team is winning? Why worry about individuals! Our people still want that dirty Sachin-Era wherein team loses and some individual makes records after records!

India has won both of the matches eaisly and eaisly enterd into super eight. but india's bolwers are not doing good bowling in last 3 overs and giving away so many runs. earlier we had banglaesh and Ireland so we managed to recover but if india keeps doing this in super eight then the strong oponent like SA,WI,ENG will not give them chance to recover. Dhoni sucks by coming again & again at no-3 i pray to god that he will not come at no-3 position in super-8 matches, else india will have very less chance to make it to semis

Dhoni came on No 3 bcoz he was knowing that we will win this game before No.6 batsman come. Then who will see his ad of REBOOK on his bat "REBOOK". If he do not come to bat, sponsor has said that they will not pay him the amount. So what this selfish Dhoni will do? After all for him only money matters not cricket. Do you all remember, he has insulted Indian President Function for ad shooting? He should be kicked out of Indian Team.. assole...

Saurav/Dravid are patriotic Indians. They will not insult President Function for ad shooting like Dhoni did. Dhoni should not be removed but he should be kicked from Indian team . He should join Indian Politics.
