giving M Mortaza a price of Rs 2.94 crore instead of Rs 60,000. its too much for a player like him. i think they are also making bangladeshis happy !

Duminy is a better buy, Flintoff will play for only 3 weeks and always has Fitness and other issues(ego),Duminy has been consistent

Why so many players r unsold. Is it because nobody qupted for them or is it because they r not for sale or is it because they r costly or is it because they r useless? Please somebody clarify?

so many players are unsold because :
1. each team can sign upto 10 non Indian players so maximum number of slots available is 80
2. These's a cap of US$ 2 million on how much a team can spend for this auction. Most of the teams have reached that limit.
3. The cap of US$ 2 million doesnt apply to players who are contractted by their teams as replacements for unavailable players. So, its a good strategy to pick up a few players after auction as replacement for Pakistani players who wont be available for thid year's IPL
