Lara is not a natural left Hander.He is actually a right hander. He bowls and throuws with the right hand.You cannot change your throwing hand but by practicing you can change you batting stance as it involves both hands anyway.

I was just thinking of two things when thinking who is greater. a) Person A has climbed the highest peaks once or twice - Mount Everest/K2 (Read 300/400/500 runs), etc. And everytime he has taken his team along with him to that victory. He will say i have climbed Mount Everest once. b) Person B has kept climbing the hill closeby (Read Century) again and again and many times. And most of the time his team has not come along with him to the top. He will say i have climbed Mahabaleshwar hill 100 times.
Question - Who is greater - A or B? Who is A? Who is B?

Are you kidding me. His 400 came agaisnt the weakest English attack on a Dodo of a pitch in a game which they had to draw because of his record breaking achievement, instead of winning it. I am happy Sachin is following the Oz way of not worrying about big innings.

if sachin really cares about future of indian cricket, he should immediately retire. Has he not earned enough. He says cricket is his passion. Understandable, as he can earn the millions through the game. Has it occured to you, cricket esp T20 is a business. The organisers are siphoning money thro legal means from people. When we buy a product of the sponsors,whether we watch cricket or not we have have to pay the cricketing cost built in the product. How many of the buyers really are intereseted in cricket? When I see these actors/actresses and other business men grinning and showing all their teeth in front of the cameras, I can only see them as laughing at the poor in our country many who don't get a full meal or village women who have to walk miles for getting a pot of water. And you say sachin is a role model? Hmmm

I really dont agree with this. As long as he playing well let him do. Sachin in exception from all. Let him set good records which other countries cannot achive. I dont think any other player paly this long.

Angela You are basically against marketting management of this era..? You have better ideas abt promoting products then you can sure tell that ..In fcat you might get paid for that But why just targetting Sachin Are you jelous..The man is earnign money becoz he deserves every single penny of it...And you can not tell /suggest otehrs to retire instead why dont u retire from writing such negative posts and try somethign better...Advertisements is heart of marketting product, Product is heart of consumerism, Consumerism is imp part of economy..which feeds you and keep you alive ..So go thank Sachin for keeping you alive get it..??

Guys hv gone sick here... here the heading is about lara n obama.. so why should v talk of sachin.. its not a topic who is best lara or sachin..or any other.. I agree.Some people always drag Sachin the moment they get a chance. Why they do not crticise Amitabh, who continues to act!! Why they tighten their lips when Sachin hots a ton, at an age where no one except Sir Don Bradman, could do.Why they get jealous if Sachin is earning?
My Dear Sachin Fans, I love Sachin as well and appreciate the genius he is. But this article is about Obama meeting Lara and describing him as the Micheal Jordan of cricket. Which is a fair enough comparison. Please do not get all rabid and emotional and shove Sachin in the face again.
