Inspite of being a secular attitude, we dont have good relations with our China, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh or Sri Lanka. Back the cricket point 1. BCCI is the worlds strongest cricket body. Just like Americans & other major nation dictate their terms in Olympic, Soccer, ATP Tennis, India has a right to dictate it terms in Cricket. Indians below who call this bullying, Shame on you folks... You ppl should be thrown out of the country. 2. ICL is tamasha cricket, IPL is competitive cricket. I will give you reasons. Not one brawl yet seen in ICL. Not one injury while playing cricket in ICL. People dont dive or stress that much extra. IPL was 20 times more successful in terms of viewership & financially 100 times bigger, so some ICL employees who are regularly praising ICL & criticizing IPL can shut up. 3. In spite of being the big brother, BCCI has always supported Pakistan, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh board to the maximum. Even if an indo-pak war happens tomorrow, the PCB will be still agreeing to what India says. In last 20 years, the asian board have always been united. BCCI tried to bail out Sri Lanka from bankruptcy not under some conditions, yet shocked by sending negative comments. 4. 8 out of 9 icc main sponsors are Indian companies. Grow up u fools or be ready to be invaded again.
BCCI has made a big mistake, and underestimated Sri Lankan pride. That is a small country that fights terrorists, and doesn't surrender to them. I predict: 1. Sri lanka will cancel all cricket relations with India 2. Other countries will support Sri Lanka. 3. BCCI's IPL (which is actually Kapil Dev's brainchild hijacked by the BCCI) will face an early demise. 4. India will be the outcast of world cricket.

thats what happens when any Indian organization gets some power... BCCI knows that cricket cannot survive without India and they are bullying cricketing nations all around the world such as Australia, South Africa. They act so irresponsibly, immaturely and absolutely have no consideration for the sport, or other nations. They are acting like BHAIs... and reflect so badly on the country..

feel sorry about the typical indian attitude as soon as power creeps in. Lalit modi and shah are junks and typical businessman. btw the very often comment 'indian national team' seem true and its purely a 'BCCI team' otherwise we would not have difference between these IPL ICL leagues. God save this game which we all love the most.

THE ART AND SCIENCE - THE REAL MUANCE OF CRICKET - FIVE DAY TEST MATCHES ARE ON THE WANE AND WILL SOON DIE. BCCI one and only one objective is make money and nothing else matters .Any one in their path should be killed - read ICL. Sri Lanka with all thier financial problems is far better in terms of long term interests of the game . All slogans la Poloticians about playing for the nations , pride in playing for the nations are just white lies .Sri Lankan cricketers proved the same .England tour is not important but IPL is as there is more money for less work - a labor attitude. Very truly said, BCCI is ruining Indian Cricket and talents for the sake of money. Kapil initiated ICL to pick and nurture rural talents. Since longer format is time-consuming and expensive, he opted for T20-20 format only to identify talents and expose them to international first class players, whereas, IPL is purely money-minded and they are trying control international cricket. Shame on ICC for nodding to the businessmen of India. Definitely, I predict the non-Indian teams will one day turn against BCCI/IPL.
